Where provisions of the following items differ from those of the original Bid Documents, provisions of this addendum shall govern and take precedence. This addendum shall be considered part of the Contract Documents for this project. Bidders shall acknowledge receipt of all addenda on the Bid Form. PRE-BID MEETING A non-mandatory Pre-Bid meeting, including walk-through was held on July 31, 2018 at 1:30pm. The sign-in sheet & agenda is attached hereto. QUESTIONS & CLARIFICATION 1. Construction access to the building shall be coordinated with Civic Center Management. Performance calendar is attached hereto with blackout dates where limited to no construction access shall be allowed depending on scope of work due to noise, safety, etc. 2. Bid date has been extended to August 14, Bidders shall utilize the revised bid form attached hereto. Bidders shall take note that bids shall be received in ROOM 309 no later than 2:00pm local time, August 14, Temporary protection of existing seating, carpet, and other surfaces shall be required at all times. This includes construction access throughout the facility. Contractor shall be responsible for cleaning, repair, and/or replacement if damage occurs. 4.
