1 16 th NORDIC TRAMPOLINE CHAMPIONSHIPS 2016 Vejen Gymnastikforening and the Danish Gymnastics Federation would like to welcome you all to the 16 th Nordic Trampoline Championships. Date: Friday october 14 th to Sunday October 16 th Location: Vejen Idrætscenter, Petersmindevej 2, 6600 Vejen, ( about 30 km from Billund Airport. We can arrange transportation from and to airport at an extra cost. Events: The Nordic Championships will be held in the following classes: Senior men and Senior women born 1999 or earlier Compulsory routine: requirements FIG A Junior boys and Junior girls born 1999 to 2003 Compulsory routine: requirements FIG B Youth boys and Youth girls born 2002 to 2005 Compulsory routine: requirements 9 skills with minimum 270 degrees sommersault rotation, including piked back somersault. One skill landing on the front or the back. One skill starting from the front or the back. One skill with at least 360 degrees of twist. The maximum difficulty rules are applied according to the FIG CoP valid on the year of competition in junior and youth classes. A gymnast may only participate in one trampolin class. There will also be a competition in the following classes: B-class U17 Girls and boys - born 1999 to Minimum 7 skills with minimum 360 degrees rotation B-class U14 Girls and boys - born 2002 or later. Minimum 4 skills with minimum 360 degrees rotation. There is no warm up on the trampolines, only one touch.

2 Regulations for the Nordic trampoline Championships Participation requirements All member federations of the Nordic Gymnastics Federation and FIG, and clubs that are members of a Nordic Gymnastics Federation can take part. Each federation with participants in the Nordic Championship classes must bring their own flag. Competition rules The Competition will be run according to the valid FIG Code of Points and the regulations for the Nordic Trampoline Championships. The preliminaries will consist of a first routine and a second routine. Finals: The 8 best competitors in senior, junior and youth classes will qualify for the finals. The final will be organized according to the regulations for the Nordic Trampoline Championships. If there are less than 11 competitors in the finals, there will be no new life in the finals. Medals: No 1, 2 and 3 in each class will receive a medal. All participants will receive a diploma. Equipment: 4 Ultimate 4x4 mm Judges: All federations with participants in the Nordic Championships classes are obliged to send FIG judge holding a valid FIG brevet according to the regulations for the Nordic Trampoline Championships. In addition to that all federations and clubs with participants are obliged to send extra judges as follows: 1 participant or more I judge 10 participants or more - 2 judges 30 participants or more - 3 judges Sweden and Denmark have to report at least 3 FIG-judges each and Finland 1 FIG-judge. Please note that the organizer will not pay travel costs, food or accommodation for the judges. Insurance

3 The organising club or the Danish Gymnastics Federation cannot be held responsible for any liabilities in case of accidents and the like. Therefore all delegations and participants must make their own arrangements as to insurance. Transportation All participating federations and clubs are responsible for their own transportation to and from the competition venue/hotel. Organiser offers transportation to/from airport based on requirement. Nordic meeting The Trampoline Technical Committee of the Danish Gymnastics Federation would like to invite at least one person representing each of the Nordic nations to a Nordic meeting to be held Saturday October 16 th 2016 right after the competition, but before the banquet. Double Mini Trampoline Nordic Open There will be a competition in the following classes: Senior men and Senior women born 1999 or earlier Junior boys and Junior girls born 1999 to 2003 Youth boys and Youth girls born 2002 to 2005 All Double Mini Trampoline classes: East skill must have at least 360 degrees of somersault rotation. Final The 8 best competitors in senior, junior and youth classes will qualify for the finals. The finals start from zero. It is not allowed to repeat the moments from the preliminary rounds in the final. Medals

4 No 1, 2 and 3 in each class will receive a medal. All participants will receive a diploma. Equipment Eurotramp Ultimate DMT 6x6 Judges All federations with participants in the Nordic Open Classes are obliged to send a judge with minimum national dommer category in DMT. In addition, all federations and clubs with participants are obliged to send extra judges as follows: 1 participant or more: 1 judge 10 participants or more: 2 judges 30 participants or more: 3 judges Accommodation Organiser offers accommodation for all participants in Vejen Sportshotel/ Danhostel (Friday to Sunday). The hotel is right next to the competition venue. Prices are per person: Single room DKK 1.200,- Double room DKK 800,- Triple/four room DKK 600,- All the prices include breakfast on Saturday and Sunday, and includes bedlinen and towels. 5 Wellness On Saturday night after the competition, but before the banquet, there is the opportunity to participate in whirlpool, sauna, steam bath, salt bath, etc. The price is DKK 50. We can arrange transportation from and to Billund Airport.
