6 Gymnova The competition will be organized under the following UEG and FIG rules, as valid in the year of the competition, except for any deviation mentioned in these directives: UEG Statutes Technical regulations for the European Championships Media Rules Medical Guidelines Advertising and Publicity Rules FIG Statutes Technical Regulations Code of Points and relevant Newsletters General Judges Rules Specific Judges Rules Doping Control Rules License Rules Media Rules Apparatus Norms Advertising and Publicity Rules and subsequent decisions of the FIG Executive Committee

7 The invited participating federations must pay for the travel costs of their delegation members. The Travel Schedule Form must be returned to the OC by September 30 th 2013 The international travel to France will be at each delegation s own expenses. Accredited team delegations which will stay at one of the official hotels, who will book their accommodation through the Organizing Committee and who will fill in their travel schedule by, September 30 th 2013 at the latest will be provided with local transport from the following official international airport: Lille Lesquin The official train stations are: Lille Flandres or Lille Europe. Lille Flandres or Lille Europe train stations can be reached in 59 minutes, from Paris CDG Airport by regular fast trains (TGV). At least, one train per hour, starting from 8.00 AM to PM. This Airport/Train hotel service will be organized by the Organizing Committee. A shuttle service by bus will be available for the local transport of all accredited persons (if applicable) from the official hotels to the Arena (i.e. training, warm-up, competitions Hall) as well as to any other official activities and back as needed. Federations who do not stay at one of the official hotels, do not book their accommodation through the Organizing Committee and do not fill-in and return to the Organizing Committee their travel schedule paper form for their arrival and departure in due course will not be entitled to use the event local transportation system and will be responsible to be on time.

The Organizing Committee will be responsible for checking the validity of the gymnasts licenses. No gymnasts will be accepted without a valid FIG license.

9 Please verify immediately with your travel agent or the French Embassy or Consulate in your country if a visa is required for your travel to Arques. The Organizing Committee will be happy to assist each Delegation member with an official invitation letter, provided that the request is made before October 15 th 2013 to the OC. The request must include the function, full name, gender, date of birth, citizenship and passport number, passport expiry date, the arrival and departure dates of the Delegation Member as well as the city the visa application support letter must be sent to. All accreditated participants will be allowed to attend the whole event. 11 All the hotels are located at a maximum of 30 minutes by bus from the competition Hall. All the hotels will offer a shuttle service to the competition venue. All the hotels will all offer a possibility restaurant (in the hotel or nearby). Those meals will not be organized by the OC. 12 Rooms cancelled until 15 July, 2013 will be subject to a cancellation fee of 0%. Rooms cancelled from 16 July until 15 August, 2013 will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50 % of the amount due at this date. Rooms cancelled from 16 August until 16 September, 2013 at the very latest will be subject to a cancellation fee of 80 % of the total amount due at this date. Rooms cancelled from 17 September, 2013 until the arrival of the delegations on site or no show will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% These fees are to be paid by the Federation concerned to the Organizing Committee. The participating federation is responsible for covering all bank fees in connection with the bank transfers.

13 Breakfast is included in the price of the hotel. Lunches and dinners can be taken at the competition venue as self-buffet with fresh and various products. The cost is 19 each for a complete meal. The meal plan is not compulsory and the delegations are free to make their own arrangements to eat at their own expenses. Please note that no restaurants are available around the Competition venue. The Meals Form must be returned to the OC by September 15 th at the very latest. The relevant cost must be paid to the OC by September 15th by bank transfer. No reimbursement after October 5th. The final banquet will be offered to all participants with a regular accreditation. For the persons not holding an accreditation, tickets for the banquet can be ordered with the meals form. The cost is 30 /person. The Host Federation, the Organizing Committee and the UEG will not be held responsible for any liabilities in case of accidents, illness, repatriation and the like. The FIG/UEG Technical Regulations foresee that all participating Federations are responsible for making their own arrangements to have the necessary valid insurance coverage against illness, accidents and for repatriation for all the members of their Delegation. Please forward to the OC a copy of the valid insurance (e.g. cover note or photocopy of the valid policy) for the whole delegation members, by arques2013@ffgym.fr or fax , by October 5 th Delegation members with insufficient insurance cover must inform the OC in advance.

14 The OC will subsequently offer insurance at the Federations own charge as follows: 5 per person/day for illness and medical fees 6 per person/day for illness and medical fees and repatriation Please pay attention to the FIG information about the insurance of the licensed gymnasts and judges.
