3 Regulations Regulation: Night Biathlon: Entries: Registration fee: Liability: As per World Para Nordic Skiing Rulebook. The Competition on Thursday, January 25th will be a night biathlon, tracks and shooting range will be illuminated. No additional light is allowed for athletes and guides (e.g. forehead lamps). Through IPC online entry system at Final registration deadline: January 10 th, ,00 EUR/race, according to IPC rules World Para Nordic Skiing and SC Oberried e. V. do not incur any liability for damages of any kind affecting athletes, officials and spectators Health insurance: Each accredited person present has to give proof of being medically insured. This proof is to be presented on demand. Wax Cabins: One Cabin is calculated for 8 athletes/guides. E.g. a team with 8 athletes/guides gets one wax cabin, a team with 12 athletes/guides gets 1 and 1/2 wax cabins. Accomodation You ll find every information to accomodations and accommodation form on the english part of the website Please be aware that a free storno is possible until 10 days before arrival. After that, the within the accommodation form reported number of persons is the basis for the calculation. Changes and refunds are then no longer possible. If You need a letter of invitation please give us note with the registration form. Payment: After enrolment invoices will be sent to the teams. 4 Arrival/transport All teams have to take care on their own for the journey to Oberried and the stadium Nordic Center Notschrei. World Para Nordic Skiing and SC Oberried do not offer any transport. Distances from the hotels to the Stadium are in the range of 10 to 25 kilometers. We recommend all teams arriving by plane to rent cars directly on the airports. The stadium Nordic Center Notschrei can only be reached by small busses up to 2.8 tons. Bigger coaches have to be left in a car park 1 kilometer away from the stadium. Transfer by bus from airports to Oberried, from Oberried to the airport as well as the booking of transportation between hotel and venue can be made via the accommodation form at Schwarzwald-live (address as above).
