McCowan, Chair. October 5, 2018) The planned Loop 9 is a State of Texas Highway that will be located along the southern Dallas County and northern Ellis County lines. The section of Loop 9 connecting I 45 (to the east) with I 35 (to the west) will be approximately 9.5 miles in length. This 9.5 mile section will be located immediately to the north of the proposed industrial property.
