4 NOTES: 2018 International Taekwondo League-ITL Open Championship a) IF ELEGIBLE TO COMPETE IN TWO CATHEGORIES DUE TO AGE, THE PARTICIPANT WILL PICK ONLY ONE CATHEGORY TO REGISTER. b) ALL COMPETITORS MUST WEAR OFFICIAL TAEKWONDO UNIFORM. DAEDO PSS WILL BE USED IN THIS COMPETITION AND WILL BE PROVIDED BY THE ORGANIZING COMMITTEE c) ALL ATHLETES MUST BRING THEIR OWN DAEDO SENSOR SOCKS. MOUTH PIECE, GROIN/FOREARM/SHIN GUARDS ARE COMPULSORY AND MUST BE BROUGHT BY EACH COMPETITOR. d) INTERNATIONAL AND NATIONAL REFEREE MEETING WILL BE HELD AT ON MARCH 1 ST AT 5:00 P.M. e) THE ORGANIZING COMMITTEE CAN ONLY GUARANTEE ACCOMMODATION IF TOTAL COST IS PAID BEFORE THE DEADLINE AS INDICATED IN THE REGISTRATION PACKETT BY FEBRUARY 13, f) INCOMPLETE APPLICATION FORMS OR APPLICATION WITHOUT PAYMENTS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED. 5 CLASSIFICATION OF RESULTS *Individual Awards; Medals will be awarded to the top four athletes in the respective weight divisions or poomsae division: 1st PLACE: GOLD MEDAL & CERTIFICATE 2nd PLACE: SILVER MEDAL & CERTIFICATE 3rd PLACE: BRONZE MEDAL & CERTIFICATE 3rd PLACE: BRONZE MEDAL & CERTIFICATE HEAD OF TEAM MEETING & DRAWING OF LOTS SESSION *For the poomsae event, the head of team meeting shall be conducted one (1) day prior to the start of the championships under the presence of the OC, ITL Technical Delegate and the representatives of the participating nations/teams. *For kyorugi competition, the head of team meeting and the drawing of lots session shall be conducted one (1) day prior to the start of the championships, in the presence of the OC, ITL Technical Delegate and the representatives of the participating nations. * Weigh-in of the contestants shall be done the day before their scheduled competition day between 8:00 P.M. and 10:00 P.M. During the weigh-in, male contestants shall wear under pants and female contestants shall wear under pants and brassieres. However, contestants may weighin in the nude if they want to do so. The Organizing Committee has allocated 100 spaces for athletes that will be assigned under the first come first serve basis. These spaces are in the Albergue Olímpico administered by the Dominican Olympic Committee and it has a cost of US $35.00 per person, per day, and includes all meals.
