1 Activities of the Sports Committee, School of Law, Christ University In the first semester of the academic year , the Sports Committee, School of law, Christ University was involved in the following activities. 1) June 2018 The core committee members were finalised and they were breiefed about the work of the committee for the year. 2) August 2018 SPIRITUS, NLSIU Sports Fest School of Law, Christ University emerged as the WINNERS in the SPIRITUS sports fest held by NLSIU, Bangalore. The results are as mentioned below: 1. Tennis(Boys) Winners (Aamir, Andrew Jose, Anurag Rao, Siddarth Nunes) 2. Basketball(Girls) Winners (Ann, Pavithra, Roshika, Maria Borges, Geetanjali, Akshata, Manvi, Kritika, Ananya) 3. Athletics Silver (Athletics Shield) (Parvathi, Ann, Arnav, Estavan, Arjun Chahal, Nikshita N, George Chempotty, Roshni Mandal, Mridhamka Justin, Ninan) Four silver and one bronze medals were secured in swimming. (Arnav Bagalwadi, Andrew Jose, Mayukh Grandhi, Siddarth Singh, Kritika Shankar) 3) September 2018 Decennial Sports Celebrations School of Law, Christ was the hosted a sports fest from September 14 th 17 th as a part of the Decennial Celebrations of School of Law. Given below are the following details of the sports events: Total number of colleges participating in the sports fest 15 Total number of participants from the colleges 275 Total number of teams registered 38 ACCOMODATION FACILITY: - Accomodation facility was provided for the VIT participants in the Sports Complex for 66 students. Check In Date 14/09/2017 Check Out Date 15/09/ Accomodation for 6 faculty members was provided in the Audi block.

3 In the second semester of the academic year , the Sports Committee, School of law, Christ University was involved in the following activities. 4) February 2018 INVICTA, NUJS Sports Fest Invicta is the Annual Sports fest held at National University of Juridical Sciences (NUJS), Kolkata. School of Law, Christ University emerged as the overall champions at the fest for the sixth consecutive time. The results of the fest are as mentioned below: 1. 4 5) March JURISTAR-Intra Deanery Sports tournament Sports Committee conducted the Annual Intra-Deanery Sports Fest Juristar, 2018, from 27 th Feb to 12 th March.
