Had several communication and scheduling issues. However, they resolved them without conflict and our roof looks great! The installation crew was knowledgeable and efficient and I am certain the job was done correctly. They are excellent to work with. Sales Rep. Johnny was inmative and professional. Work started 1 week ahead of scheduled and any return calls were returned promptly. The roofers cleaned up regularly and we had no concerns. I definitely would recommend Security-Luebke Roofing. No further work was done until i authorized the changes. There was a small issue during gutter installation but it was fixed soon after they were notified. From the initial quotation meeting to the day the dumpster was dropped off and roof replacement team began...security-luebke Roofing Team did a very professional job.the sub-contracted resources to replace a B-vent and the Gutter/Downspout Teams also were a real extension of that level of professionalism... The crew cleaned up everything very well and even put our landscaping decor back when finished. Clean installation, good communication, and the best asphalt roof warranty you'll find around - I'm glad we picked Security-Luebke our home. Very efficient in the installation but left a lot on nails behind. It was hard to get a hold of my sales person as soon as the roof went on. Never did a final walk through. When Jonny showed up our consult, he was very thorough and helpful with the prospective job new roof, gutters, soffit & facia. He was hands-on through the entire process. I paid a little more but the peice of mind with warranrt that I got in warrant ty was woth the money. Communication would have helped tremendously. Sitting here waiting a call or a returned call was very frustrating and uncalled. Knowing the workers were delayed would have been helpful but just waiting was infuriating with no explanation. Totally not acceptable was a promised one day job with... We were very satisfied with the thoroughness and professionalism that Security Luebke exhibited throughout the process. We decided to go with Security based on product, warranty, service, and their people. All in all, a great value the money. Mike F. knew his stuff and explained things clearly. We knew were getting quality products and that the company would stand behind their work. When they did get here they showed up, did the job, and were very helpful when it came to any concerns they had. Any concerns with the roof they came to me with them and we came to a resolution and fixed the issue at no extra cost. They did the roof with a two day turnaround. The color I picked was not what I expected. We would highly recommend Security-Luebke! If you want a roof done right the first time. No questions I would recommend Security-Luebke Roofing Inc. They know their stuff about roofing. No high pressure sales team pushing if you buy today you save 20% and get a 100$ gift card the packers proshop. None of this.
