2 REGISTRATION No entry forms will be available for registering to this event. All registration process has to be done using the World Archery Registration & Entries Online System (WAREOS): Registration will be open from Wednesday, February 1, 2017 untill Wednesday, April 26, Please pay attention to the stated deadlines. After the deadlines have passed, MAs will not be able to enter or update data in WAREOS anymore, and the system will be blocked. In this case, if a MA would like to change or proceed with the Final Registration process after the deadline, it is required to contact the World Archery office to Mr. Jae Kyung LEE, World Archery Member Services Coordinator (jklee@archery.org) and organising committee (organization@veronicascup.org) For any questions regarding the WAREOS, please contact Mr. Jae Kyung LEE (jklee@archery.org). There is no on-site registration for individuals. If venue does reach its capacity, a waiting list in order of the received registrations will be maintained. Payment should be made at time of registration, to reserve a shooting position. COMPETITION FORMAT RECURVE Qualification Round: 70m Round (72 arrows, all 6 arrow ends). Elimination Round will be utilizing the Set System (best of 5 Sets). Team/Mixed team Rounds will follow the Set System (best of 4 Sets). COMPOUND Qualification Round: 50m Round (72 arrows, all 6 arrow ends). Elimination Round will be utilizing the cumulative scoring system (15 arrow matches, 5 ends 3 arrows). Team/Mixed team Rounds will follow the cumulative score system (total of four ends). TOURNAMENT AWARDS 1 st, 2 nd, 3 rd place of Veronica's Cup Individual Finals (medals and prize money). 1 st, 2 nd, 3 rd place of Team and Mixed Team (medals). Awards will be given according to the final ranking after the elimination rounds. In the categories with less than 4 participants/teams, final ranking will be done according to the Qualification round. No flags or equipment are allowed to be brought to the podium. 4 ACCOMODATION AND TRANSPORTATION ACCOMODATION We offer accomodation in the 3* hotels on the half board basis (breakfast and dinner).
