1 Promotion Rules 1. Players will receive points based on entries in all cash entry tournaments. Points will also be awarded for in the money finishes. Points earned for each finish may be found in the rules portion of the gaming submission. 2. There will be no entry fee or administration fee for the freeroll tournament. Players will qualify by earning points from January 15 December 31, Any player with 30 points or more in sessions 1-10 will receive an entry into the freeroll tournament for that session. 4. The free roll prize pool will be funded from tournament promotion fees collected in daily cash entry tournaments. Any prizes not covered by the balance of tournament promotion fees will be funded from the Beau Rivage Poker Promotion Fund. 5. The first-place finisher in the multi table free roll for session 1 10 will receive a seat into the 2020 MDH Main Event. The second-place finishers in the multi table free roll for sessions 1-7 will receive an entry to the Gulf Coast Poker Championship Main Event in September The second-place finisher in session s 8 10 multi table freeroll will receive $500 in buy in chips. In each session, the third-place finisher will receive $300 in tournament buy-in chips, and the fourth-place finisher will receive $200 in tournament buy-in chips. 6. The first seat won in the tournament leaderboard or any satellite tournament for the Gulf Coast Poker Championship or Million Dollar Heater is not transferable. Any further seats won will be awarded in tournament entry chips. 10. In the event of a tie, order of finish will be determined by the total number of tournaments played, followed by a side by side comparison of tournament results. The results will be compared on the last day of each session going backward. 11. Registration for both freerolls will begin one hour prior to the start of the tournament. 12. Players will start with (6,000) six thousand dollars in tournament chips and use the tournament structure listed below for both freerolls. 13. A $10 Optional Dealer Appreciation will be available to all players during registration for both freerolls for an additional (2,000) two thousand dollars in tournament chips point will be earned for each tournament entry points will be earned for each entry in the Tuesday Night Rebuy tournament points will be earned for each entry in the Bonus Point Sunday tournament. The Mississippi Gaming Commission reserves the right to investigate any and all complaints and disputes regarding tournaments, promotions and drawings. Such disputes and complaints will be resolved in accordance with the Mississippi Gaming Control Act and Mississippi Gaming Commission Regulations. Management reserves the right to cancel, change and modify the tournament, promotion or drawing with prior notification to the Mississippi Gaming Commission, but must do so at least three (3) days prior to the commencement of the activity.

Points will be awarded for in the money finishes with the following values assigned by order of finish in qualifying tournaments. In the event a player finishes in a position where there is no cash prize, no tournament leaderboard points can be earned. The $1,000 Guaranteed Tournaments on Tuesday and Thursdays, as well as the Wednesday 12PM Senior s tournament earn points at the following rate: 1st 2nd 3rd 4th 5th 6th 7th 8th 9th 12pts 9pts 7pts 6pts 5pts 4pts 3pts 2pts 1pt 19. Tournament chips must remain in clear view for tournament personnel and all other players.

5 20. Beau Rivage will provide tax forms and will withhold taxes, in compliance to Mississippi State and Federal regulations. All winners must produce a valid, unexpired photo ID per IRS regulations. A valid I.D. is a driver s license, military identification card, or state issued I.D. used for identification purposes. If a participant is not a U.S. citizen, an un-expired passport or alien registration card is required. 21. All players must be 21 years of age or older to participate, and have a M-Life Player s Club card. Players Club cards are free and are available at M-Life Players Club located at the west end of the casino. 22. Participation in this tournament deems permission to use photograph or likeness and name in promotional advertising and/or publicity, without compensation, consideration, notice, review, or consent, where permitted by law. 23. Any vendor or immediate family of a vendor who provides promotional items for a tournament, promotion or drawing shall be prohibited from participating in that activity. 24. Beau Rivage reserves the right to refuse entry to any individual. It further reserves the right to disqualify any player from any prize based upon fraud, dishonesty, violation of tournament rules or other misconduct. 25. Management reserves the right to eliminate any player from the tournament for disruptive behavior thus forfeiting their entry money. 26. By participating in this tournament, players agree to these official rules. 27. A copy of these rules and any changes will be available at the back podium in the poker room throughout the duration of the tournament.
