2 1 Dates of Competition The competition will be a full programme of events including Para Trap and VI. Competition/Training Venue - for 10m events SPORT HALL GRADSKI VRT Address: Ul.kneza Trpimira 23, Osijek Website: (The same venue which was used during Shooting World Cup 2015) Distance between Shooting range PAMPAS and Sport Hall GRADSKI VRT is 7 km or 10 minutes driving by bus. 3 SIUS Ascor electronic targets will be used for all events (Qualification and Finals). - 10m range 40 Targets - 10m final 10 Targets - 25m range 20 Targets - 50m range 40 Targets Please note that 25/50m Finals will be held at the last bay in the 25m range.. Para TRAP will use 2 ranges equipped with Mattarelli machines. 3 Preliminary Programme The preliminary schedule is attached. Please note there may be changes to the timetable once entries close. The final schedule will be sent following the final entries deadline. Finals will be conducted under current ISSF rules in all events (except P5). 4 Competition Duration The competition duration is 6 days plus 2 additional days for International Classification and Equipment Control prior to the start of the competition. 5 Rules and Regulations The competition will be conducted under ISSF and World Shooting Para Sport Rules and Regulations. If you require further information, please visit: Viability of Events Individual events are considered viable if they have athletes from four (4) countries entered through the Entry by Number. Team events will be considered viable if they have a minimum of three (3) eligible NPCs entered after the final entries deadline as per WSPS Rule Otherwise the event is not considered viable and will only be shot for the MQS score, no medals will be awarded and finals will not take place for rifle and pistol events. In cases where only 3 teams participate, medals will be awarded according to the minus-one rule. General Information: Osijek 2019 World Shooting Para Sport World Cup 3

4 7 International classification International Classification will be conducted on for Physical Impairments (PI) and Visual Impairments (VI) only (R1-R9, P1-P5, VIS, and VIP) and July for Para Trap. A detailed classification schedule will follow after the revision of the final entries by World Shooting Para Sport. At least 4 weeks prior to classification the athlete s completed IPC Medical Information Form and Classification Consent Form must have been uploaded to the athlete s SDMS profile, these forms can be found on the World Shooting Para Sport website: 8 Results, Rankings & Records After the competition is finished, results will be reviewed and published on the World Shooting Para Sport website and the Ranking and Records lists will be updated accordingly. World Shooting Para Sport will maintain world and regional rankings based on the final results list. Only athletes that are licensed, have a sport class status Review (R) or Confirmed (C) and reach the rankings cut-off standard for the relevant event, will have their results recognised for ranking purposes. For further details, please refer to the Sydney 2019 World Championships Qualification Guide. 10 Entries and Registration Process 10.1 Athlete Eligibility All entered athletes must be licensed by the final entries deadline. Athletes entries not meeting this criteria will be rejected by World Shooting Para Sport. General Information: Osijek 2019 World Shooting Para Sport World Cup 4

5 10.2 Authorised Organisation for Entry Registration All athletes must be entered by their respective NPCs or authorised organisations by the NPC and accepted by World Shooting Para Sport Entry Restrictions Maximum number of athlete entries per NPC per event The maximum entry per NPC is four (4) full participants per event (athletes eligible to progress to the final, and to obtain records and ranking). NPCs may additionally enter an unlimited number of MQS-only athletes (athletes are eligible to obtain qualification scores to be recognised for MQS, but cannot progress to the event final or achieve records or rankings). However, in case of insufficient firing points this number may be restricted by World Shooting Para Sport, in a timely manner. When entering more than 4 athletes to an event via the Online Entry System, the NPC should contact World Shooting Para Sport after making the online entries, confirming which athletes are to be entered as full entry and which as MQS-only at least 4 weeks before the arrival day. The maximum number of starts per event is the number of athlete entries that can be accepted per event; this calculation is based upon range capacity and the competition schedule. 7 10.4 Late Entries Late Entry Requests (submitted after the Final Entry by Name deadline) will only be considered if they are received by World Shooting Para Sport at least one (1) week before the official arrival day. Such entries may be accepted at the discretion of the LOC and World Shooting Para Sport; however a Late Entry Fee of EUR 50 will be charged per additional start. The Late Entry Fees will be invoiced to NPC by the LOC Entry Changes Replacement entries may be accepted in the same event only due to injury or medical reason. The NPC must submit support documents to World Shooting Para Sport office for approval. The LOC must also approve if such late changes can be accommodated (e.g. firearms import arrangements) Substitution of an athlete (in a team event only) by another athlete already registered in that event can be made not later than 30 minutes before the scheduled start time for that event (ISSF Rule c), but only if the requested change does not cause any conflict with ISSF Rules f (if more than one relay is used in team competitions, then team members must be distributed equitably between the relays) and therefore a (Start lists with firing point and relay allocations must be published and distributed not later than 16:00 hrs on the day before Pre-Event Training for any event) Registration Deadlines The Registration deadlines (midnight CET [ Bonn-time ] on the dates given) for the competition shall be as follows: 15 May May June 2019 First Entry (by number) Deadline, via the IPC Online Entry System ( Opening of the Online Final Entry system ( confirmation of competition basic entry fee & release of final entry booking forms Final Entry Deadline, including submission of all forms and transfer of payment. 27 June 2019 Final Payment Deadline General Information: Osijek 2019 World Shooting Para Sport World Cup 7

Jadranski trg 3a, Rijeka, CROATIA Entry Fee 2019 World Shooting Para Sport World Cup [Country Name] In case of cancellation of participation after final entry deadline, the NPC must pay in full the Entry fee based on their Final Entry submitted. 12 Accommodation The official hotels are: 1) Hotel Osijek(****) in Osijek; 2) Hotel Zoo (****) in Osijek; 3) Hotel Lav**** in Vukovar, 35 km distance from Osijek; 4) Hotel Patria**** in Beli Manastir, 30 km distance from Osijek. All participants will be accommodated in Hotel Osijek or in one of the above official hotels (on request or with agreement with the organizer).all four hotels offer 4* level services and are friendly for wheelchair users with few fully adapted rooms. Accommodation is offered in double bedrooms, some rooms are twin rooms, the other are double with queen beds. Due to limited number of twin-bed rooms, the twin rooms will be distributed on first come first serve basis. The price per night with breakfast for a double room is EUR 140 (EUR 70 per person) and for a single room EUR 130 All bookings with the official hotels must be made through the LOC: according to received Accommodation Forms, the LOC will make booking of the rooms and charge the NPC for accommodation. 10 The competition services related to accommodation and transportation is offered only to the teams accommodated in the official hotels. 13 Food Service Breakfast Breakfast is included in the rate for the championship hotels. Breakfast starting with July 21st until breakfast on July 28th. Lunch Specific dietary requirements should be made in advance (vegetarian food, European food, etc.) to the LOC by the Meal booking Form. Every effort will be made to cater to your requirements, if sufficient notice is given. Price for lunch: EUR 15 Starters buffet / fish or meat with vegetables or potatoes / Desserts buffet or cheese / Coffee and bread The meal booking must be paid in advance by bank transfer like entry fees. Lunch can be purchased at the range based on availability only. Those that pay in advance have their lunch guaranteed. Dinner Dinner can be provided in advance with an additional payment of EUR 15. The meal booking must be paid in advance by bank transfer like entry fees. 14 Transport Transport from Zagreb airport to Osijek (300 km) is about 4 hours of travelling. Airport transfers will be organized with adequate buses or minivans (depending of arrival schedule of the teams) for EUR 100 per person. The travelling time from hotel Osijek to shooting ranges will be max. 15 minutes each way with accessible busses and/or minivans. 11 15 Import of firearms When entering Croatia, you will need to have an invitation letter and claim possession of the firearms to the officer when crossing the border. Persons with EU firearm permits do not need to show any forms or pay any taxes. All persons arriving from outside the EU will get an official form from police when crossing the border, where they can enter requested data for up-to three weapons. The tax of 105 Croatian Kuna (15 EUR) is requested for every submitted form. Upon arrival to Croatia all firearms and ammunition must be transported directly to the Shooting range firearms storage. At departure the firearms and ammunition have to be collected from the firearms storage on the way to airport (not before). 16 Visas NPCs are responsible to obtain a visa if needed. Copy of Passport (Clear to see) 17 Insurance Please kindly note that all team members (including competitors, technical staff, officials and supporters) attending this event are kindly requested to ensure they have personal, medical and travel insurance as the event will not indemnify individual claims. 18 Doping Doping control will be conducted according to the IPC Anti-Doping Code.
