Penalties will be assessed solely according to the UCI Penalty Chart. 11 Doping Inspection Doping Inspection will be done at doping control room, prepared near the competition area. 12 Insurance The organizer will provide first aid on the scene during the event. Participants will be responsible for any further treatment by own insurance. Team Managers Meeting Team Managers Meeting will be held from 18:00, 29th April 2018 at race headquarter.

3 Doping Inspection Doping Inspection will be done at doping control room, prepared near the competition area. Ceremony Winner, 2nd place and 3rd place riders are requested to attend official awarding ceremony with race clothing according to regulations. The organizer has presently decided not to give any prize money but the following: a. Medals and certificates for, 1st 3rd placing. b. ASIAN CHAMPION s JERSEY for winner in each category. Transportation The nearest airport to Saku-city is Narita International Airport (NRT), approximate 270 km to Saku-city, about 4 hours by bus. On arrival and departure day of the participants, the organizer will arrange transportation between airport and the official hotel. The organizer will be responsible for transportation upon arrival and departure only 1 time per country.
