4 VISA REQUIREMENTS Please send us all details related to each VISA applicant as soon as possible. Please note that your passport must be valid ATT LEAST 6 months from time of your entry in Bangkok. Please send a scanned copy of each participant with full name, n passport number and expiry date by 9 September 2015 with maximumm of 40 Kb Please also send a full address and phone / fax number of your federation with full postal code and address., the relevant applicant will be provided with an official invitation from National Archery Association of Thailand forr their Visaa application at the Thailand Embassy in their respective countries and they should obtain the Visa before their departure on their own countries. Archers who have already obtained an Olympic quota places (team and individual) at Copenhagen World Championships will not take part in CQT 19 th Asian Archery Championships 2015 & Asian Olympic Continental Qualification Tourna Page 4

5 . ACCOMODATION The Organizing committee will make thee room reservation for all participating teams with 3 meals are included. All preliminary reservation should be mad All Final reservation should be made by 1 de by 9 August September Confirmation of reservation after the date shall be subject to availability of room. TRANSPORTATION Transportation service from the t official Hotel to Venues duringg the practice and competition days and also transportation from airport to official hotel is covered by organizing committee NATIONAL FLAG AND ANTHEM All participating teams are requested to bring two national flags (2 x 1 meter in size) and CD of National Anthem along with them, for the Awarding Ceremony. Alll registration process has to be done using the World Archery Online Registration System (WAREOS): Member Associations who are not convenient to register online please directly contact to LOC by sany_bkk@yahoo.com, kosavinta@gmail.com A maximum number of 4 athletes per country (host countryy included) ) are allowed to be registered into each category of the event. Preliminary entries have to be done using the WAREOS. In orderr to use WAREOS, please login on with your Username and Password assigned by World Archery. After entering the WAREOS, please go to "Online Registration" and register your archers for this event. A "WAREOS User Manual" can be downloaded in PDF format (English) from the same website.
