WEATHER It will be warm in Bloemfontein during November. The temperature can go up to 30 degrees. Sunblock will be advisable. It is also the raining season in that part of the country during November. 5

6 13. AIRLINES AND TRANSPORT The first entrance to South Africa will be Johannesburg, O R Tambo Airport. Flights from O R Tambo Airport to Bloemfontein are very limited and early booking will be advisable. Bus transport from OR Tambo Airport to Bloemfontein will be arranged for teams that are interested to use road transport, for R500 per person. But please take note that the bus will maybe wait for some time to transport more countries at a time. The travel time will be around 5 hours. 14. VISA REQUIREMENT Visas to South Africa might be required for some countries. 15. INSURANCE The Organising Committee ensures they will have satisfactory arrangements in respect of public liability and professional indemnity. Participating member organisations are responsible for their own insurance requirement for travel, personal accident, liability and medical matters. 16. ACCOMMODATION The Organising Committee will provide Accommodation, three Meals per day, Local Transport, Ceremonies, entry to Functions and the Social Program as part of the package. Accommodation will be 5km out of town at a Game Lodge with a Restaurant and Pub. Double and twin rooms are available. Limited Chalets / Log Cabin with one and two rooms are available, with all meals included. Please take note: Single rooms will only be given if the team numbers are uneven. Accommodation allocation will be done at first come first serve entry and payment. 6
