Allowed frequencies: Insurance: Official homepage: 35 MHz, 40 MHz, 2.4 GHz The organiser will provide third party insurance in accordance with paragraph B.8.9 of Volume ABR of the FAI Sporting Code only. Any other type of insurance should be covered by the participants. Citizens from EU must bring EC-111 health insurance certificate. Non EU citizens must provide own insurance and a copy must be enclosed to the final entry. Entry deadline: During the championship, the web page will be actualized daily, so all actual information and results will be available. After the deadline the organizer will charge the entries with 20% extra charge. A Team consists of one Team Manager, up to three senior pilots, one junior pilot and helpers and one Team Manager Assistant. Every competitor and Team Manager / Team Manager Assistant must possess a valid FAI license for 2014 FAI medals and diplomas for first three seniors and juniors and first three teams. Variable symbol : Flying sites location: Slope GPS: N , E Accommodation and food service: Touristic region Donovaly, Lesser Fatra, National park area We, as the organizer, have spent a lot of effort to have all competitors of F3F 2014 World Championship to be accommodated at one place and be sure that accommodation will be available for all of them at the ZORNICKA PENSION / This hotel is located only 60 m away from cable train station, which is allowing us easy organization in terms of transportation to the flying site or briefings. According our agreement with Zornicka hotel management, we have managed to get reasonable pricing for accommodation and food service. There are 10 double bed rooms, 17 three bed rooms, 6 four bed rooms and 3 apartments for 4 persons. Pricing is 21.- EUR for one person with bed and breakfast. Breakfast is buffet style. During flying days, there is available to order a take away food package, which can be ordered one day before by each competitor for 3.- EUR / package. For dinner there we offer a combination of soup + main meal with dessert for 6.- EUR. Main meal can be chosen from 5 options. This is also for all competitors to order one day before. If none of options is matching the taste, there is still possibility to get menu food with reasonable prices. We hope that all competitors will appreciate/accept this solution together with our effort and will organize their accommodation/food at the Zornicka hotel. There is a very good reference/satisfaction and tradition in cooperation with this hotel for many years. Organizer will coordinate the line-up of rooms, in order to achieve comfort and enjoyment of each competitor. The room line-up will be regularly published by bulletins on and updated. 5 Accommodation GPS: N , E Arrival: The flying sites are located near the touristic centre Donovaly, which is situated on the border between two National Parks: N.P. Lower Tatra and N.P. Great Fatra. The route I/59 (international road E-77) connecting cities Banska Bystrica and Ruzomberok crosses the village Donovaly. Closest international airport is Poprad Tatry, about 104 km away, the international airport Bratislava is about 230 km away. Arrival by car: from Bratislava by highway D1 (toll road) via Banska Bystrica. From Banska Bystrica take the direction Ruzomberok (E77).
