Friday 21st Departure of the clubs. Categories and COMPETITION GRADE NUMBER PLAYERS There will be groups made up of three, four our five clubs in each category. C-5 2 Players C-6 2 Players C-7 2 Players C-8 1 Players These clubs will play among themselves. Only the first and the second team in each group will qualify for the next stage. Both of them will go to the semi-finals and final. Each club will play three matches at least and seven matches at the most.

3 SPORTS FACILITIES The stadiums where the Tournament are going to be played are natural grass or artificial-grass pitches. LLORET MUNICIPAL LLORET MOLI LLORET PISTAS ACCOMMODATION Travel Sports have a large amount of excellent hotels throughout the Costa Brava. Our three star hotels have wonderful rooms where players can rest after a long, amusing and competitive journey. The hotels are situated in Lloret de Mar. TRAVEL SPORTS will book all the clubs participating in the tournament in different full board hotels (bed & breakfast-lunchdinner). All the meals will be taken in the same hotel where the team is staying. The departure day you will have until 11:00 a.m. to leave your rooms. Our hotels have all inclusive services: breakfast, lunch and dinner. Players will not have any problems recovering their energy after a long day s work. Last but not least, all our hotels have swimming-pool. We must not forget these are sportive vacations

Full board accommodation: breakfast, lunch and dinner. Water included (Drinks are not included). Free admission to all pitches. Gift / souvenir of Travel Sports to all players. Cup and medals to the three first teams. Trophy to all the teams taking part in the event. A brochure with all the tournament information (tournament rules, schedules, pitches map and so on). Competition Committee. Referees Official staff in every football pitches. A Travel Sports member during the tournament. Balls and mineral water in all matches. In the prices are not included the tourist taxes for the persons older than 16 years. Those taxes will be pay on your arrival at the hotel. TOURIST TAX: (Not Included) All people will have to pay 0,50 (3 stars hotel), 1,00 (4 stars hotel) and 2.50 (5 stars hotel) per night, on the arrival to the hotel. However, they will only have to pay for the first 7 nights, as from the eighth night, no fees will be charged. Neither children nor teenagers up to age of 16 will have to pay the tax.

INSURANCE All players are covered by a sports accident insurance that covers the injuries that may occur during the matches. HOW TO PROCEED DATE OF REGISTRAION Before 03rd to August 2018 To complete your registration you must send us the registration form duly filled in and signed along with a copy of the bank transfer order made to the Organization. MEANS OF PAYMENT On registration: 75,00 Euros per person. (This will be deducted from the total mount to be paid).
