4 VISA REQUIREMENTS Please send us all details related to each VISA applicant as soon as possible. Please note that your passport must be valid AT LEAST 6 months from time of your entry in Bangkok. Please send a scanned copy of each participant with full name, passport number and expiry date by 9 September 2015 with maximum of 40 Kb Please also send a full address and phone / fax number of your federation with full postal code and address., the relevant applicant will be provided with an official invitation from National Archery Association of Thailand for their Visa application at the Thailand Embassy in their respective countries and they should obtain the Visa before their departure on their own countries. 5 ACCOMODATION The Organizing committee will make the room reservation for all participating teams on a first served basis and at reasonable Hotel rate. The rates : - Single room : US$ 140 per person, per night in Bangkok Inter Place Hotel - Double room : US$ 120 per person, per night in Bangkok Inter Place Hotel - Triple room : US$ 100 per person, per night in Bangkok Inter Place Hotel - Three meals are included in the room rate : All rates for payments after deadlines are subject to additional changes without prior notice All preliminary reservation should be made by 9 August 2015 All Final reservation should be made by 15 September 2015 Confirmation of reservation after the date shall be subject to availability of room. All payment must be made in US$ in cash only. Credit Cards are not acceptable. All payments are settled before the start of competition TRANSPORTATION The entry fee includes transportation service from the official Hotel to Venues during the practice and competition days and also transportation from airport to official hotel is covered by organizing committee NATIONAL FLAG AND ANTHEM All participating teams are requested to bring two national flags (2 x 1 meter in size) and CD of National Anthem along with them, for the Awarding Ceremony. All registration process has to be done using the World Archery Online Registration System (WAREOS): Member Associations who are not convenient to register online please directly contact to LOC by sany_bkk@yahoo.com, kosavinta@gmail.com A maximum number of 4 athletes per country (host country included) are allowed to be registered into each category of the event. Preliminary entries have to be done using the WAREOS. In order to use WAREOS, please login on with your Username and Password assigned by World Archery. After entering the WAREOS, please go to "Online Registration" and register your archers for this event. A "WAREOS User Manual" can be downloaded in PDF format (English) from the same website.
