5 Competition System Tournaments will be conducted according to the Rules and IJF Sporting Code. Repecharge will be applied in the last 8 competitors, the top eight world ranking competitors will be separated in the draw Participation Each Country may enter maximum 4 competitors per weight category Judo gis It is mandatory one blue and one white judo gi for each competitor. Judo gi Control will be done through SOKUTEKI Rules approves by IJF, since January 2014 Referees Referees to be appointed by PJC Referee Commission in collaboration with USA Judo Referee Commission Registration First entry (entry by number) July 4, 2014 Hotel reservation July 4, 2014 Hotel payment July 4, 2014 Final (Entries by name) July 11, 2014 Travel Information: July 11, 2014 Visa request *.. July 3, 2014 *Any delegation needing support for visa request must do so by July 3 rd to USAJUDO@USAJUDO.US Please include dates of birth, passport number and official role (athlete, coach, medical)- USA Judo will assist in your request for a entry visa, however, it can not guarantee that a visa will be necessarily issued - Bonaventure Resort & Spa Five Star Resort 250 Racquet Club Road Weston, FL The headquarter hotel will be the site of the competition, as well as registration and official weigh-in. Hotel and Rates Single $ Double $ Included: Full room and board, Transportation to and from Miami International Airport and or Ft Lauderdale International Airport, three meals daily, accommodation and accreditation, require 3 day minimum stay. IMPORTANT: All damages to property of hotels or venues resulting from the stay of a national delegation shall be charged to the respective federation and paid in full.

6 Camp Registration and Fee Training camp will be held on Monday, August 3 rd Tuesday, August 4 th. If a member of a delegation requires hospitalization, surgical intervention or any other such treatments while in the US, each delegation will be responsible to cover these costs and liability associated to it. All delegations agree and understand that they must carry medical insurance to cover any medical needs of their respective athletes, and delegation members. USA Juido nor the organizing committee do not accept liability or responsibilities for any such cost. Each National Federation is responsible for its competitors (the control of non-pregnancy as well as the gender control are placed under the responsibility of the National Federations) and must assume all responsibility for accident and health.

7 IMPORTANT: 1. To ensure your accommodation and lodging, it is important that we receive the number of athletes and delegation members before July 3 st NO EXCEPTIONS. USA Judo nor the organizing committee, will not assume any responsibility for availability of accommodation and food in case of breach of the deadlines for registration and booking. 2. Payments can be in cash USD Bills, Bank transfer, Credit cards or Traveler Checks are accepted 3. Countries that do not accept the accommodation options offered by the organizing committee, will not be provided transportation or food, and they must pay an entry fee of $ US Dollars per person. 4. PJC Registration Fee: $20.00 US Dollars per athlete will be collected. 5. The National Federation that makes a reservation and is not present on site without warning at least 48 hours notice must cancel the respective no show. 6. ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION. ALL PAYMENTS MADE AT TIME OF REGISTRATION MUST BE MADE IN US DOLLARS.
