V. have the pleasure in inviting a team of your junior shooters (ISSF age limit under 21 on December 31 st 2018) to this event. We understand that other international commitments may well mean that National Associations would not be able to send their leading junior shooters to this match. However, we would be very happy to welcome any team to represent your association. Venue: Disciplines: Oldenburg, Germany Junior Female: Sport Rifle 3x20, Air Rifle, Air Rifle Mixed, Prone Grand Prix Junior Male: Free Rifle 3x40, Air Rifle, Air Rifle Mixed, Prone Grand Prix Individual and Team competitions in all olympic disciplines. Olympic Finals in all Olympic disciplines. Team competitions are for teams of three shooters. Subject to range space availability, associations may enter more than three individuals in a discipline and more than one team. Entry fees: per competitor air rifle/ cartridge rifle per team.

2 - 2 Accommodation: All participants and accompanying persons are expected to stay together in the Oldenburg Youth Hostel. A firm booking of number of people is required. Costs per night including breakfast will be about per person. Hotel accommodation is available on request. Expect prices in the range of per night b&b. Lunch and dinner facilities are downtown and in fast-food-restaurants nearby. Snacks can be obtained on the rimfirerange. The tickets for the End-Of-Competition-Party will be available at a reasonable price after your arrival. Firearm Permit: Training on ranges: Target facilities: European Firearms Certificates are necessary in connection with this invitation accompanied by your respective national permit. Non-European participants need to apply for a visitors permits. No permit is required for air rifles, however the minimum age of 18 complies. For assistance do not hesitate to contact us. Training on the respective ranges will be possible on: Friday, May 4 th, on cartridge range and airgun range at Oldenburg Range from 10:00 till 17:00. The airgun facilities at Oldenburg range are available to all shooters outside the scheduled matches. All competitions will be held on electronic targets (Meyton) at Oldenburg Range. Provisional entries required by December 20 th, Please keep this date sharp, as we must book the amount of rooms in Oldenburg Youth hostel in early January 2018 already. This gives us the chance to have most of the competitors, accompanying staff and fans together for the whole duration of the match.
