1 Launched on: 15/09/2017 Rules of the "SEAT Leon CUPRA TRIP Competition ARTICLE 1 THE ORGANISING COMPANY AND A PRESENTATION OF THE COMPETITION Eurosport, a French Société par Actions Simplifiée registered in Nanterre under the number B , the head office of which is located at 3, Rue Gaston et René Caudron Issy les Moulineaux Cedex 9 France (the Organising Company ) has decided to organise a competition entitled "SEAT Leon CUPRA TRIP from 15/09/2017 to 15/10/2017 included via the Internet (the "Game"). The Game is organized by Eurosport SAS. The Game is under the full responsibility of Eurosport SAS and Seat S.A. ( Seat ), a Spanish company registered in Barcelona under the number A , the head office of which is located at Autovía A-2, Km 585 Apdo. de Correos Martorell, may not be held liable for any failure in the organisation of the Game. Since the prizes are under the full responsibility of Seat and its partners, Eurosport SAS may not be held liable for any failure in the prizes or in awarding thereof. Eurosport SAS declines any responsibility relating to the prizes having a defect or having caused damage. The Game is accessible on the website available in 4 language versions: English, French, German and Spanish (the Website ). ARTICLE 2 TAKING PART AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES 2.1 By taking part in the Competition, the participant (the Participant(s) ) accepts unreservedly the present rules (the Rules ) and the principle of the Game. Anyone breaching one or more of the articles of the present Rules shall be deprived of the possibility of taking part in the Game and also of any prize that he or she might otherwise have won. 2.2 The Game is open to any person above the age of 18 years old residing in one of the following countries: 1. Metropolitan France 2. Germany 3. Spain 4. United Kingdom 2.3 The present Rules are intended to apply to all Participants. The Game is not open to persons having a direct or indirect legal link with the Organising Company and/or Seat, and their families. 2.4 Any form of participation in the Game other than those expressly defined by the present Rules is excluded and shall not be taken into consideration by the Organising 1

2 Company. 2.5 The participation is limited to one entry per household (same name, same address). ARTICLE 3 ACCESS TO THE RULES OF THE COMPETITION Every Participants may consult the Rules of the Game: - on the Website by clicking on Rules of the Game. - By requested in writing to the Organising Company at the following address: Eurosport Service Jeux Concours - 3, rue Gaston et René Caudron Issy-les-Moulineaux Cedex 9 - France. ARTICLE 4 HOW THE COMPETITION WORKS 4.1 In order to take part to the Game and have a chance to win a prize, Participants should: - connect to the Website from 15 September 2017 to 15 October 2017 included; - sign up either by (i) filling in the entry form and indicate its name, surname, country of residence and address or (ii) clicking on the Facebook Connect button; - check the box I have fully understood the rules of the Game ; - click on Validate. 4.2 Participants are only asked to sign up on the Website as explained above to enter the Game and participate in the drawing. 4.3 Each Participant has the possibility to participate in the Game once during all the duration of the Competition (same address). ARTICLE 5 DETERMINING THE WINNERS AND PRIZES 5.1 Determining the Winners A prize draw among all the Participants will be organized by the Organising Company at the end of the Game (the Prize Draw ). The Prize Draw will take place on 16 October Participants will be selected at random (the Winner(s) ): - 1 winner selected amongst participants in France - 1 winner selected amongst participants in UK - 1 winner selected amongst participants in Germany - 1 winner selected amongst participants in Spain It is recalled that a Participant may enter once only, and thus may have only one account for the Game. 2

3 5.2 Prizes Each Winner will receive the following prize: 1 travel to Spain (Barcelona and Valencia) for 2 people (Winner and his/her best friend) from 9 November to 12 November 2017 included. This prize includes: - 2 return flight tickets in economic class from the nearest international airport to the Winner residence to Barcelona, with return ticket from Valencia; if the return from Valencia airport is not available, a transfer to Barcelona airport will be offered - 3 nights in a double room in a 5 stars hotel (1 night in Barcelona and 2 nights in Valencia) for 2 people, including access to spa facilities; - Visit to SEAT SPORT headquarters in Barcelone between 9 November and 12 November 2017; - Driving Activity - a convoy from SEAT SPORT to Valencia City with SEAT Cupra cars driven by Winners and their best friends; - Tickets for 2 people to attend the Moto GP Grand Prix Qualifiers and the Race taking place in Valencia on the 11 th and 12 th November Meeting with Ducati Team riders. Conditions: - Booking of flight tickets, hotel and registration to the activities are made by Seat in agreement with the Winner; - Breakfasts + catering lunches + dinners for 2 people are included; - Transportation from Barcelona s airport to hotel + from hotel or the last activity to Valencia s airport are included; - Returns transportation from hotel to activities places are included; - The Winner and his/her guest must hold and produce a valid driving licence. Maximum Value for the whole prize, for 2 people: including VAT The prizes may be subject to a withholding, in case applicable, in accordance with the applicable Double Tax Treaty or domestic legislation. 5.3 Prizes conditions The Winners will be contacted by the Organising Company within one week following the Prize Draw by . No message will be send to the losers. Any Winner who has not answered within 2 days following sending of the informing them of their winnings or who has decline the prize, shall lose the right to enjoyment thereof. The Organising Company may award the prize to another Winner, drawn as alternate Winner 3

4 under the same conditions than the other Winners. Winners are fully liable for the validity of the information that they give at the time of their entry in particular of their addresses and Winners acknowledge that the Organising Company will not be held responsible to the non-delivery of the prizes due to incomplete and/or inaccurate and/or incorrect contact details transmitted to the Organising Company. Each Winner undertakes to provide the Organizing Company with a copy of his/her identity document to confirm his/her identity as well as a copy of valid driving licence for himself as well as for his/her guest. Without this, the Organizing Company has no obligation to award the prize to the Winner. The Winners and their guests understand and take into account that their participation in SEAT Leon CUPRA TRIP will be filmed and broadcasted by Eurosport. Therefore, each Winner and his guest undertake to sign a proper Image Rights Authorization presented as a separate document. Without this, the Organizing Company has no obligation to award the prize to the Winner. 5.4 For all prizes Everything which is not include in the prize as detailed in 5.1 above, shall be borne by the Winner and his or her guest (personal expenses, taxes, extension of the travel, airplane tickets modification etc.). The prizes may not be exchanged, taken back, or be the subject of any financial consideration or financial equivalent. Insofar as the prizes consist in travelling, the Winner and his or her guest shall alone take the necessary steps to ensure that they satisfy any customs and regulatory conditions for leaving the territory and for entering the foreign territory, and, to this end, shall, in particular hold a passport or an identity card (including a visa), as the case may be, that is currently valid and that remains valid throughout the period of the said travelling/staying. The Winner and his or her guest have to subscribe alone to an insurance. Any claims concerning the manner in which the prizes are made available may not consist in claiming any financial consideration and/or any financial equivalent. It is specified that the Organising Company shall not provide any additional service as regards cover or guarantee, assistance, taking up of rights to enjoyment, or making the prizes available, the awarding of the prizes merely consisting in giving the prizes as described. Therefore, unless otherwise expressly stipulated in the description of the prizes, all ancillary expenses relating to the awarding of the prizes or general expenses related to taking possession of the prizes in particular excess luggage, change of flight, etc., shall remain borne by the Winners. No cover or reimbursement shall be due in this regard. The Organising Company and Seat reserve the possibility of replacing the prizes by prizes of equivalent value, without it being possible for any claim to be lodged in this regard. The Organising Company expressly declines any responsibility for any incidents or harm of any type that might arise due to enjoyment of the prizes and/or due to use thereof, and this is recognised expressly by the Winners. The Winners therefore waive the right to any claim and any recourse against the Organising Company or any one of the companies of the groups to which they belong as regards the prizes, in particular the quality thereof or any consequence arising from taking possession of prizes. 4

5 ARTICLE 6 AUTHORIZATIONS - GUARANTEES By participating, each Winner freely authorizes the publication of his/her names and/or first names and/or photos and their exploitation by the Organizing Company and/or Seat for editorial and promotional purposes on all media (web, TV, etc.). Each Winner accepts expressly and free of charge that his or her name and forenames and photo may be published by the Organising Company or Seat. To this end, the Winner authorises in advance and without any financial consideration in return, the Organising Company and Seat to use, reproduce, and represent his or her name and forenames and photo for the purposes of promoting the Game or the business of the Organising Company or Seat on any communications media. This license is valid for the entire world and for any kind of exploitation in any and all support. The Organising Company and Seat can also sublicense these rights its subsidiaries. ARTICLE 7 DATA PROTECTION Pursuant to the provisions of Article 26 of Law No of 6th January 1978 relating to dataprocessing, to files, and to civil liberties, Participants enjoy a right of access to the computer files concerning them and a right to rectify the data concerning them, and they may ask for their details to be struck off and no longer disclosed to third parties. Such a request may be made by ordinary letter to the Organising Company: EUROSPORT - Service Jeux Concours - 3, rue Gaston et René Caudron ISSY-LES-MOULINEAUX Cedex 9 France. Data of the Participants shall not be communicated to any third-party. The automated processing of the named data of the Winners has been declared by the Organising Company to the Commission Nationale Informatique et Libertés (National Commission for Data-Processing and Civil Liberties). ARTICLE 8 RESPONSIBILITIES AND RESERVATIONS 8.1 Responsibilities The Organising Company and/or Seat may not be declared responsible for any total or partial malfunctions of the Internet that might or might not have given rise to failures in administration, security, input, integrity, or management of the Game. In particular, they may not be declared responsible for any error, omission, imperfection, interruption, deletion, transmission delay, failure of communication and connection circuits, destruction, damage, or technical failure of the fixed or mobile terminal of the Participant, or for any other problem relating to telecommunications networks, to on-line mobile terminals and computers, or to servers or access providers. The Organising Company reserves the right to exclude from taking part in the present Game any person disturbing the progress of the Game. It reserves the right to take legal action against anyone who has cheated, defrauded, manipulated or disturbed the operations described in the present Rules or who has attempted to do so. A Winner who has cheated 5

6 shall automatically forfeit any right to obtain any prize. The Organising Company reserves the right, in particular for compelling reasons and/or for reasons of force majeure, to shorten, extend, or cancel the present Game in part or in full if circumstances so require. It may not be held liable in such a case. Prior notice of such changes may however be given by any suitable means. In the event of force majeure, of unforeseeable circumstances, or of exceptional circumstances (fire, flood, natural disaster, ill-intended intrusion into the computer system, strike, calling into question of the financial and technical equilibrium of the Game, etc.), and even if such circumstances are its own responsibility (subject to it having acted in good faith), the Organising Company may terminate the Game in full or in part. The present Game shall be cancelled in the event of winding-up of the Organising Company and/or Seat, or in the event of force majeure, without the Participants or the Winner being entitled to claim any compensation in that regard. The Rules may be altered at any time by the Organising Company, in compliance with the principles set forth above in this respect. 8.2 Checks and Reservations Any information disclosed by the Participants and by the Winners, in particular their details, shall be considered as null and void and shall not be taken into consideration if it includes an anomaly. The Organising Company may not be held liable for harm of any type (personal, physical, material, financial, or other harm) arising during the course of participation of a Participant in the Game. ARTICLE 9 APPLICABLE LAW The present Rules are governed by French Law, without prejudice to the application of any imperative local law. In order to be taken into account, any dispute or objection relating to the Game shall be made at the latest thirty (30) days as from the closure of the Game, in writing only and sent to the following address: Eurosport SAS Service Jeux Concours 3, rue René et Gaston Caudron Issy-Les-Moulineaux Cedex 9 The Organising Company shall decide on any matter relating to application of the present Rules or not settled by them. Except for cases of fraud by the Participants, any dispute that might arise during performance of the present Rules shall be settled preferably out of court between the Organising Company and the Participant. Any dispute that might arise on interpreting the present Rules shall be referred expressly to French Law and to the sovereign judgement of the Organising Company, and, as a last resort, to the judgement of the competent Courts of the jurisdiction of the Paris Appeal Court. 6
