2 Membership Requirements CAF United is excited to begin the 2017 Outdoor Season with many returning and new members. We continue our strong relationship as a full member of the OSA through the North York Soccer Association. As a member of CAF United FC, there are requirements on us as full members in the OSA regarding registration, discipline and rules that govern the operations of the game. There are also requirements that are prerequisites and requirements of becoming a member and remaining in good standing. Application for Membership All participants must apply for membership and provide CAF United FC with: Coaching licenses and police checks on coaching staff. Provide team logos, website information and agree to the marketing terms and agreement pertaining to use of their images, videos and promotion of all participants. CAF United FC All participants are registered to the OSA as a member of CAF United FC and are insured accordingly. In order to comply with OSA requirements, anyone participating in events outside the CAF United 2017 programs, must be entered as CAF United (team name) FC and wear the CAF United club uniform. This pertains to all participation outside the CAF programs and includes such events as Ontario Cups, OSA sanctioned tournaments in Ontario and all International locations including the USA. Member Requirements All CAF United members must agree to the terms and conditions of the club including: Performance bond of $300 per team participating in the CAF United program. Adhere to all CAF United bylaws and participation rules. * All above information can be found on the CAF website

3 Player Membership CAF United provides each of their players with the most comprehensive membership package in the province. Each Players Membership provides them with: OSA Sanctioning through NYSA 2017 Outdoor Player Registration Membership fee includes Registration in CAF United Programs (additional fee applies for Competitive) Ability to Secure Travel Permits for Competitive Participants Ability to apply for OSA Sanctioned Tournaments/Festivals/Events Ability to apply for Ontario Cups Benefit Programs / Loyalty Card Victory Benefit Card TFC Tickets (2 Per Player) TFC Game Day Participation Facility Certificate of Insurance for all participants CAF Office Services 2017 Outdoor Player Fee U8- U12 - $195 +HST to be paid online through Teamsnap 2017 Outdoor Player Fee U13 and up - $195 +HST to be paid online through Teamsnap (Players looking to register as Competitive for the purpose of sanctioned tournaments and OSA Events are required to register as Competitive Registration and pay the additional fee) TFC TICKETS AND game day EVENT opportunities Discounted benefits for each player and their family members OSA sanctioned tournaments and Ontario cup events Outdoor 2017 Programs

4 U8 - U12 Boys and Girls development programs The future development of soccer talent in Canada lies within the largest youth age divisions and CAF United FC is excited to offer the following programs for Outdoor All Games will be hosted by CAF United FC at centralized venues. 5 U13 - U16, U20 elite programs CAF United is excited to offer U13-16, and U20 Elite programs. NEW for 2017, all games will be hosted by CAF United at centralized venues and played on TURF Fields. 6 Boys and Girls SUPERGROUP Programs The Supergroup program is the only of its kind in Ontario and takes development, exposure and competition for all participants to the next level. This year, CAF Supergroups include 6 divisions from U13- U16, U20 and the LIKA Open Supergroup as well as 3 Supergroup divisions for girls, U13/14, U15/16, and U20. Along with some of the best competition across the province, all CAF Supergroup games will be played in stadiums and include the following: Turf Stadium Fields include Esther Shiner, Centennial, and the OSA Centre Player introduction and walk-ons Game Day Admission fees for Parents and Spectators, Season Passes are available online through Teamsnap CAF TV featuring highlights of games through CAF TV weekly show U13 boys Supergroup U15/16 girls Supergroup 2x40 Minute Games 11v11 8 Teams Per Division Teams each pay half the referees fees $3395 plus HST Minimum 10 Game Season 6 Teams Per Division Teams each pay half the referees fees $2495 plus HST U13/14 girls Supergroup U14 boys Supergroup The U14 Supergroup launch was the first ever program of its kind and from its inception has been a CAF United sponsored division with no division fees. The goal of providing superior soccer with a format that encourages exposure and development in a professional stadium environment has long been a goal of CAF United and will continue in 2017 as a sponsored division.
