2 PROJECT MANAGEMENT PROPOSAL Description Subhan is a group formed by friends that has great passion on conducting an event. The meaning of Subhan is the greatest of all time. So we as a group we want to be the great among the others group as we manage the event for our class subject Project Management (MPU3343). 3 The Event Program Sudirman Unplugged Sudirman Unplugged is where we will tribute the songs of our late legend artist s Sudirman. The songs will be sing by other artists by acoustics and compose the songs. We already listed some of the artists that we want to collaborate to make this event success. Objective The objective of Subhan s group is to giving back to the community. As we want to propose, the objective of our group is we want to create the tribute of Sudirman as we will invite other artists to sing some of the songs. Besides that, we will do a fund raising and give back to our ex-senior artists that has been neglected. 4 Our Services The services the Subhan group will give to audience is a mini concert that give live performance of the artists that we will invite to our event program. Not only that we will also open a booth that we will selling Yasmin Ahmad merchandise and Brother John album. The money will be collected and we give back to the target community. We also will selling Chaiwalla and Ice Cream Malaysia on the event day so our audience will have fun and enjoy in the same time. Tentative The tentative of the event is it will start at 8 pm to 10 pm. The others detail we haven t discuss yet and it on progress as we proceed our project. Marketing Plan i. Venue E-Theatre ii.
