PROGRAM Sunday, 01 JULY - Arrival of missions to Helsingborg possible after 3 PM Monday, 02 JULY - Training in throwing, obstacle run, obstacle swim and cross-country. - Team leaders meeting, 3 PM in uniform. - Opening ceremony, 5 PM in uniform. Tuesday, 03 JULY - Shooting (Landskrona) - Obstacle running (Helsingborg) Wednesday, 04 JULY - Throwing (Helsingborg) - Obstacle swimming (Landskrona) Thursday, 05 JULY - Cross-country (Landskrona) - Nordic meeting - Closing ceremony in uniform Friday, 06 JULY - Departure of missions NLT 11 AM. B. Participating nations are to be present in uniform for the Opening ceremony at 02 July at 5 PM.

LOCATION AND TRANSPORT OF THE COMPETITION Local transportations will be provided in accordance with the usual principles that apply to our sports exchanges. The host during the competition will be Swedish Armed Forces (SAF) and we stay in Helsingborg, approximately a 60 minutes drive from Malmö Sturup Airport (MMX), 10 min from Central railway station in Helsingborg or 80 min from Copenhagen Airport (CPH). Transportation from Malmö Sturup Airport and Helsingborg Central railway station to our hotel in Helsingborg will be provided. The missions are responsible for travel expenses to and from Sweden. D. CONDITONS OF STAY During your stay in Sweden your missions will be guests of the Swedish Armed Forces from 1-6 of July. Normal board and lodging is at the expense of the organizer. Within regard to the host s availability of rooms during this period accommodations for all teams will be provided in hotel, two persons / room. REGULATIONS The competitions will be governed by the following regulations: - International Military Sports Council: Military Pentathlon (Edition 2017). - General Regulations Governing Championships in the Nordic Framework (Edition 2016). - Regulations Governing Nordic Military Championships in Military Pentathlon (Edition 2017). F. SPORT FACILITIES - Shooting will be carried out at a shooting range, 300 meter, with 10 targets. Mega Link electronic scoring system will be used. - The obstacle swimming will be performed in a 50-meter swimming pool with two lanes. - The obstacle course is a two-curve course with two lanes, asphalt surface with two lanes. - The throwing course has three stands for competition and two for warming up. The grenades for the throwing competition, warming up included, will be provided by the organizer. - The cross-country track is 4 km with mostly gravel, grass and asphalt. The shooting, obstacle swim and cross-country will take place in Landskrona. The other disciplines will take place on Hedens Idrottsplats in Helsingborg. This championship will be on civilian ground and be a part of SM-veckan. SM-veckan summer this year have 55 different sports who take part and have their Swedish championship during this week in Helsingborg/Landskrona Swedish television have more people working on this week than they have during the Olympic Games. Races will be conducted by the Swedish Military Pentathlon Federation (SMKF), assisted by military personnel.

PASPORTS, VISAS, UNIFORM For information on passports, military uniforms and visas for entry into Sweden, please contact the Swedish Embassy in your country. The participating missions are permitted and obliged to wear uniform during the scheduled occasions. I.
