2 1 SCHOOLBOYS/SCHOOLGIRLS (FS, GR, WW) MOSCOW (RUS) December 2017 R E G U L A T I O N S The tournament is being held among schoolboys/schoolgirls and is targeted to bring up future Olympic wrestling generation. 1. INVITED NATIONAL WRESTLING FEDERATIONS: ALL 2. DATES AND PLACE 2.1. The Tournament will be held December Arrival of delegations: FS, WW & GR , departure: FS, WW & GR The Tournament will take place in Moscow Olympic College N1, 16 th - Parkovaya St 17, Moscow, Russia The Tournament will be held on 3 UWW approved mats. 3. FINANCIAL CONDITIONS 3.1. The Organizing Committee will provide accommodation, meals and local transport at the rate of rubles per day for one person/ 3.2. The traveling expenses to and from Moscow will be in charge of invited National Wrestling Federations. 4. TECHNICAL CONDITIONS 4.1. The competitions will be held in accordance with the UWW Wrestling Rules Referees of international category will officiate the Tournament The following weight categories will be available: cadet FS up to: 32, 35, 38, 42, 47, 53, 59, 66, 73, 85 kg cadet GR up to: 32, 35, 38, 42, 47, 53, 59, 66, 73, 85 kg cadet WW up to: 30,32,34,37,40,44,48,52,57,62 kg The pupils are authorized to participate at the age of up to14-15 years old (the age of 13 is admitted with medical certificate) 4.4. No tolerance will be allowed for each weight category The Organizing Committee will provide, if necessary, the first aid. Participating team is to pay all expenses for hospitalization.

The structure of the official delegation (FS/ GR/ WW) is as follows: Athlete Chief delegation Coach Referee Total FS GR FW The deadline for preliminary entry forms to be sent to the Organizing Committee will be 15 December, The deadline for final entry forms to be sent to the Organizing Committee will be 25 December, Each participating country should provide the Organizing Committee with its National Flag and a disk or flashcard of its National Anthem. 6. PRIZES 6.1.
