2 Krasnoyarsk region is among those, which form the economic backbone of our country. Its obvious competitive advantages are rich exploitable mineral resources, accessible energy resources, powerful industry and its location at the center of Russia at the intersection of transcontinental transport routes. It is a universal bridge between the East and the West and the focus point of human resources and substantial investments. Results of many of strategically significant projects and programs operating within the region define the progress in strategic development of Russia.
