This is the strongest / most enthusiastic / most fulsome Board to date. We are all excited to get to work on your behalf on behalf of the Club. 3

4 In addition to the members of the board, there is a lengthy list of additional volunteers who make this club tick. They personify our Club s Core Values: o Family o Competition (but fun) o Skill Development o Life-long love of skiing o Respect o Volunteerism Team managers and race volunteers. But also a few key members of the Volunteer Committee (who chose not to join the Board) Huge thank you to: ADDITIONAL VOLUNTEERS Membership & Banquet Team Photographer Men's Day Ladies Day Laura Skain / Karen / Peter Renata Caughlin Ian Inch (Frank, Dave, Mark, Matt) Mareka Ellis-Smith & Stephanie Inwood (Vera, Kat, etc.) The final Official Order of Business: FINANCIAL UPDATE Treasurer Financial Update Luc Lucato Guiding Principal re: Financials We run an $80,000 to $100,000 annual business We run a very conservative financial house We run it as a non-profit We don t buy until we ve already sold (i.e. Jozo gear/clothing) All proceeds are put back into the club Financials Review Strong financial position Financial house is in order Highlights shared by Luc (see attached) Financial statement s available to members upon request. 4
