11 ADDITIONNAL INFORMATION The Hosting Policies for the Canadian Championships / Eastern & Western Canadian and NAC were revised, adopted and posted on our web site. The domestic calendar was produced and posted on our web site. All North American Cups took place as scheduled. The North American Cup series schedule was sent to IBU and was published in the IBU International Biathlon Calendar. The North American Cup Series criteria for final ranking were established and published. Biathlon Canada and supplier s banners were made available to all Canada Cup Organizers in Canada for posting during the Event. A complete set of six (6) Leader bibs was made available to NAC organizers in Canada. North American Cup medals (new medals) were made available and sent to all NA Cup organizers in Canada and USA. The North American Championship did not take place as scheduled.
12 ADDITIONNAL INFORMATION from Officials Committee The online Entry level slide set has been edited for inclusion of the latest IBU rule changes. Remaining to be done on this is to check the online examinations to change any questions that may have come from the old rules, to reflect the current rule status. Translation to French will be required. I think we have all agreed the next levels of Officials training is not suitable for online training, and that classroom seminars will be the delivery system for those. Classroom Entry seminar needs to be cleaned up and reflect the new slide set Graham edited. All Instructors will need an updated slide set for all levels, reflecting the current IBU rules, this will require editing, and translation to French The committee must go forward with Advance, Chief and TD course updates
