Box 2081, Jamestown, NY Assisted by Flips Gymnastics & Sports and Gymnastics Sports Academy at the JCC Physical Education Complex 525 Falconer St. Jamestown, NY Gymnasts from 4 states and Canada Levels 1-10 and Xcel all levels are sanctioned USAGNYS Qualifying Meet Equipment provided by Sports Equipment Specialists Participation awards to gymnasts, Individual Event Medals, All-Around Trophies, Team Banners and Special Coaches Awards Dates and Times for compulsories and optionals to be announced. One admission fee per day admits that spectator to all sessions that day! Come early and stay late and cheer your team on!

DIRECTIONS TO THE COLLEGE 525 Falconer St., Jamestown, NY Eastbound I-86: Take exit 12 (North Main Street), turn right off ramp, take left at second traffic light (Buffalo St), take left at fourth traffic light (Falconer St), take first left (Curtis St), Gym is on right at bottom of hill. Westbound I-86: Take exit 12 (North Main Street), turn left off ramp, take left at second traffic light (Buffalo St), take left at fourth traffic light (Falconer St), take first left (Curtis St), Gym is on right at bottom of hill. I-90 (NYS Thruway): Take Fredonia/Dunkirk exit, turn left onto Route 60 South, Follow for approximately 30 miles to Jamestown. Once inside City Limits, take left at second traffic light (Buffalo St), take left at fourth traffic light (Falconer St), take first left (Curtis St), Gym is on right at bottom of hill. 3 The 2018 Geza Farkas Achievement Award Geza was born on Oct. 28, 1932 in Hungary. He was a member of the Hungarian Olympic Gymnastics team in 1952 and 1956, winning a bronze team medal in the 1956 games. He defected to the United States at the end of the 1956 Olympics. He settled at Kent State University as a gymnastics coach, moved to Jamestown, NY in 1960 and lived here until his death, March 29, He shared his knowledge and love of gymnastics with everyone. In 2004, we began giving an award in Geza s memory to a gymnast who has overcome circumstances that would deter most gymnasts from continuing in the sport. If you have a gymnast that you believe deserves recognition for overcoming the odds, please nominate her. Write legibly or type a short description on a separate sheet of paper of the situation that can be shared at the meet. Our committee will select the best story and the award will be given at the Lucky Stars Awards ceremony the receiving gymnast is in.
