2 WELCOME! We look forward to seeing you at Lee Valley Hockey and Tennis Centre! Thank you for buying tickets for the Investec Schools Championships for Girls with England Hockey! Before your visit to Lee Valley Hockey and Tennis Centre, we wanted to give you an insight into your forthcoming event experience. Whether this is your first event with us, or your first visit to Olympic Legacy facility on Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, this spectator information pack will help give you the best possible experience! 3 GETTING TO LEE VALLEY HOCKEY AND TENNIS CENTRE Venue Address Eton Manor, Leadmill Lane, Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, London E20 3AD Please note that parking on site is reserved for participating teams, see next page for more Information on local car parks. Via Bus Several bus routes connect Lee Valley Hockey and Tennis Centre with Stratford and Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. 308, W15, N26 all stop outside Lee Valley Hockey and Tennis Centre and 97,339, 388 and N205 all run through Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and stop nearby. Via Underground Train Nearest station/tube: Stratford / Stratford International. PARKING Parking Parking is limited at the venue and there will be no available parking for spectators. Participating teams have received an allocation of car park passes to use at the venue.

PARK MOBILITY SCHEME The Park Mobility service is available for visitors to Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park with mobility and/or visual impairment.

With the Park Mobility service, you can: Hire a mobility scooter or manual wheelchair Be driven around on our mobility golf buggy Sighted Guides Park Mobility is based at the Information Point in the

5 PARK MOBILITY SCHEME The Park Mobility service is available for visitors to Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park with mobility and/or visual impairment. It is delivered with support from our fantastic Park Champions all trained volunteers. With the Park Mobility service, you can: Hire a mobility scooter or manual wheelchair Be driven around on our mobility golf buggy Sighted Guides Park Mobility is based at the Information Point in the south of the Park (opposite the London Aquatics Centre on the bridge next to Westfield Stratford City). Park Mobility runs daily between 10am 3pm daily. Please note that the golf buggy service is dependent on suitability trained volunteers availability. Customers are strongly advised to pre-book by calling , quoting Park Mobility. Trained staff will then take your booking details.

6 ON ARRIVAL AT THE VENUE & TICKETS On arrival at the venue, you will have the option to go to Pitch 1 or Pitch 2, depending on where the match is you are first watching. To view the schedule, see page 9. Pitch 1 This is the main stadium pitch, and entrance is via the main reception. There will be two queues, one for pre purchased tickets and one to purchase tickets on the door. Once your ticket has been scanned, you will receive a wrist band which gives you access to both pitches for the day. The stairs will take you to the cafe area and out the doors to the seats. Pitch 2 Access to Pitch 2 is via the South East corner (see following page). You can also buy tickets here if you haven t already. Your ticket will be scanned and you will get a wrist band. We recommending entering via the reception for Pitch 1 in the first instance, and going to Pitch 2 when there is a game you wish to watch. Tickets Tickets are available to buy online up until midnight before each day. We recommend buying tickets in advance as they increase if bought at the venue. 8 SCHEDULE & FORMAT Click on the schedule image to the right to download the schedule. The U14s take place on Tuesday Matches are 15 minutes each way The U16s & U18s take place on Wednesday & Thursday Matches are 25 minutes each way There are two pools of four in each age group. Each team plays three pool matches The team finishing top of their pool will play in the final against the team from the other pool of that age group The team finishing second will play the second place team in the other pool of that age group in the third/fourth play off In the pool matches, teams receive three points for a win and one point for a draw Results and pool standings will be displayed on results boards across the venue

Please note that although spectators can bring their own refreshments to the venue, it cannot be consumed in the cafe area. Event Programme Event programmes are available for 2. The programmes feature the schedule, team details, player lists and other event information. Look out for our Hockey Makers and Staff who will be selling these around the venue.
