1 Terms and Conditions for 99% SME Lucky Draw The 99% SME Lucky Draw (the Lucky Draw ) is an open door lucky draw organised by Singapore Telecommunications Pte Ltd ( Singtel ) and subject to these Terms and Conditions. By participating in the Lucky Draw, all participants shall be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all decisions of Singtel, which shall be final and binding in all respects. 1. The Lucky Draw is valid from 18 Sep 2017 and will end on 31 Oct 2017 (both dates inclusive) (the Lucky Draw Period ). Eligibility 2. To be eligible for the Lucky Draw, the participant must: a. Be a resident or permanent resident of Singapore b. Be eighteen (18) years old and above. Participants under the age of eighteen (18) years old must seek parental and/or guardian consent before participating in the Lucky Draw. Conduct of the Draw 3. The Lucky Draw will be conducted in respect of each Relevant Period during the Promotion Period by Singtel at 31B Exeter Road, Comcentre II, #02-00, Singapore on the Lucky Draw Date as stated in the table below or on such other date, time and venue as may be determined at the sole and absolute discretion of Singtel. Relevant Period Lucky Draw Date 18 Sep Oct Nov Each participant shall be entitled to 1 Lucky Draw chance for every $20 spent. For e.g. a checkout total of $45 will entitle the shopper to 2 lucky draw chances. 5. The following are considered eligible transactions:

2 a. Purchase in-store from a participating 99%SME merchant and submit valid receipt to b. Purchase on 99%SME emarketplace (Lazada.SG) and apply valid promotion code, LUCKYSME, at point of checkout. i. For transactions made on the 99%SME emarketplace, a discount of S$0.01 will be applied at checkout 6. Only valid receipts issued by/from participating merchants during the stipulated Lucky Draw Period will be accepted. 7. A minimum spending of $20 is required for each submitted receipt or at checkout in order to qualify for the Lucky Draw. There is no maximum spending required. 8. Participants are entitled to 1 Lucky Draw chance for every $20 spent in a valid receipt. 9. Participants may submit as many receipts as they wish during the validity period. 10. All receipt submissions must be received before 23:59 hours on 31 Oct 2017 (GMT +08:00). Failure to do so will result in disqualification. Valid Receipts 11. Receipt submitted must be from participating 99%SME merchants on In the case of 99%SME emarketplace purchases, at least 1 item in the cart upon checkout must be from a 99%SME merchant to qualify. 13. Receipts must be for purchases made during the Lucky Draw Period. 14. All receipts submitted must be legible. Any incomplete, illegible or photocopied receipts will be disqualified. 15. Each receipt can only be submitted once. Prizes 16. Winners must produce proof of identity (e.g. NRIC) and the printed prize notification upon prize collection. 17. Each participant is entitled to only one prize. In the event that a participant wins more than one prize, the higher tiered prize will be awarded. 18. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or other items and may be subjected to availability. Value of the prizes may vary; Singtel reserves the right to replace any prizes with items of similar value without prior notice.

3 19. Winners will be notified by 23:59 hours on 24 Nov 2017 via a prize notification . Singtel reserves the rights to deal with all unclaimed prizes in any matter deemed fit. 20. Winners are required to respond within a week from notification date in order to be eligible for the prize. Winners that do not respond within the stipulated period will be forfeited. 21. Prizes must be claimed within one month from notification. All unclaimed prizes will be forfeited. 22. Acceptance of any prizes shall constitute consent on the winner s part to allow the use of the winner s name, image, voice and/or likeness by Singtel for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing and/or other purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by law. Acceptance of any prize shall constitute a release and discharge of Singtel by each winner from any and all liability, claims, demands, causes of action, and /or damages which the winner may have, whether known or unknown at the present time, of any nature whatsoever, arising out of or relating to: (i) the lucky draw, (ii) personal injury and /or property damage, theft, loss suffered by the winner as a result of the use and/or enjoyment of the prize, and/or (iii) any tax liabilities in relation to the lucky draw, prize and/or use or enjoyment of the same. 23. In the event that any participant is disqualified from the lucky draw, Singtel at its sole discretion may decide whether a replacement participant should be selected. In this event, any further participant will be selected on the same criteria as the original participant and will be subjected to the Terms and Conditions. General Terms and Conditions 24. Representatives of Singtel will pick the lucky draw winners from eligible submissions. In case of disputes, Singtel s decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained. 25. Winners may be required to participate in a photo taking session during the issuing of lucky draw gifts. Singtel has the rights on the photos of the winners to (i) electronically publish and distribute the photo in any Site including the right to translate and electronically publish and distribute the photo to other Internet Sites under license, contract or common ownership with Singtel; (ii) include the photo in advertising and promotion materials; and (iii) to include the photo in print and non-print products. 26. Participants are to abide by the rules and regulations stated by Singtel.

4 27. Singtel reserves the right to disqualify all submissions that do not meet the rules and regulations of the lucky draw. These include entries submitted with invalid or incorrect information. 28. Singtel reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of or withdraw this lucky draw if required by the authorities. Liabilities 29. Singtel cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any participants entering the lucky draw or as a result of entering the lucky draw or accepting any prize. Singtel is not responsible for any safe custody, return, nondelivery or missing of entries, late, misdirected, problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software failure of any or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, telephone lines or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants' or any other person's computer or mobile telephone related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in the lucky draw. 30. By entering the lucky draw or accepting the prizes, participants agree that no claim relating to such losses or injuries (including special, indirect and consequential losses) shall be asserted against Singtel, its parent companies, affiliates, directors, officers, employees or agents from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind resulting from the lucky draw and acceptance of any prize, including without limitation, personal injuries, death and property damage. Use of Personal Information 31. By entering the lucky draw, you agree: to the use of your name and/or likeness, without compensation, for Singtel's promotional and marketing purposes; and to the use of the information submitted on the lucky draw entry form, without compensation, for Singtel's promotional and marketing purposes; and To the use of your answers and responses for Singtel s promotional and marketing purposes.

5 To use of your pictures taken during the lucky draw collection in our shop front or website to publicize our winner list. 32. Each individual participating in this lucky draw acknowledges that: in respect of any Personal Information disclosed by her/him to Singtel or obtained by Singtel from her/him pursuant to this application: she/he is authorized to disclose such Personal Information; such disclosure complies with any Privacy Legislation from any country, within the geographical scope of this lucky draw, and the use of such Personal Information by Singtel as contemplated by this application (including, without limitation, the disclosure of such Personal Information to Singtel's external agencies or third parties) 33. Singtel and its affiliated companies respect the privacy of every individual who visits our Web site or responds to our advertisements and lucky draws. Please refer to our Privacy Statement for details. Disclaimer 34. Please be advised that all materials posted on the Web Site are subject to public downloading by third party viewers. Singtel has taken precautionary steps to deter users from downloading. However, should downloading persist, Singtel shall not be held accountable or liable for any damages caused. Privacy Policy 35. Information - When using the Website, you may be asked to enter Information. The Information will only be used for the purposes explained when you have been asked to enter the Information and/or in accordance with this Privacy Policy. 36. Provision of Information to Third Parties - Singtel will not sell or otherwise transfer the Information to unaffiliated third parties without your approval. If applicable, you will have the opportunity to indicate whether you would like to "opt in" to receiving promotional and/or marketing information about other products, services and offerings from Singtel and/or any third parties. 37. Analysis of User Behaviour - Singtel reserves the right to perform statistical analyses of user behaviour and characteristics in order to measure interest in and use of the various areas of the Website and to inform advertisers of such information as well as the number of

6 users that have been exposed to or clicked on their advertising banners. Singtel will provide only aggregated data from these analyses to third parties. Singtel is not responsible for any actions or policies of any third parties who request personal information and you should check the applicable privacy policy of that party. 38. Cookies - You should be aware that information and data may be automatically collected through the use of "cookies". "Cookies" are small text files a website can use to recognise repeat users and allow Singtel to observe behaviour and compile aggregate data in order to improve the Website and to target its advertising. Cookies do not attach to your system and do not damage your files. If you do not want information collected through the use of cookies, there is a simple procedure in most browsers that allows you to deny or accept the cookie feature. 39. Updating or Removing Information - You may notify Singtel of any updates, amendments and corrections to previously collected Information by using the Feedback Form on the Website. Further, upon your request, Singtel will use commercially reasonable efforts to delete Your Information from our database (but in any event such deletion will be carried out within ten (10) business days). However, it may be impossible to delete your entry without some residual information because of backups and records of deletions. 40. Changes to this Policy - Singtel reserves the right, at any time, to modify, alter, or update this privacy policy and any changes shall be notified to you.
