4 Page 4 of 7 The rules to be used in the competition are the new rules WTF except for the following cases. It is not allowed to kick the head through the ranks Benjamin and Children. Benjamin, Kids and Cadets - Each fight will be three rounds of 90 seconds with 30 seconds rest. Junior and Senior - each fight will be three rounds of two minutes with 1 minute rest. Disciplinary Actions May only have access to weighing previously registered athletes and fulfilling all the required conditions. There will be no weight allowance. Incorrect weight or not attend to weigh implies disqualification. The team that does not have a proper behavior during the Open by athletes or coaches will be disqualified. Registration fee 1st deadline until 22 April 2015: The registration fee is 10 per athlete 2nd deadline until April 26, 2015: The registration fee is 20 per athlete Note: Changes made after the 2nd term involve the payment of a new application. No registrations after April 26 will be accepted.

6 Page 6 of 7 Omissions In case of any extraordinary situation happen and this may not be contained in this Regulation or by arbitration, the same shall be settled by a committee composed of the director of arbitration and two members to be appointed by the race organization. 7 STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITY Page 7 of 7 The club / school that participates in the International Open Taekwondo of Sintra. states that: 1. Acknowledged and accepted the full contents of the Rules of this event 2. To register athletes through the Club that represent, I made sure that they meet the necessary conditions for such participation. 3. It is the responsibility of the delegate team, all acts performed by athletes and members of the entourage, accidents extra competition, as well as monitoring the injured in hospital situations not classified as a medical emergency athlete. 4. The information contained in the registration form is the responsibility of the delegates of the team.
