3 Amateur Trapshooting Association/AIM rules will govern this competition unless otherwise specified. Link to AIM Handbook- b.pdf Link to ATA rulebookhttp:// ebook,forms.aspx The Virginia AIM Program reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone at its discretion. In all events exemplary sportsmanship is not expected but demanded. At the sole discretion of the AIM director anyone may be disqualified, stripped of awards and required to leave the premises if deemed guilty of unsportsman like behavior. This includes all persons on Izaak Walton League Lynchburg property. The Virginia AIM Program may change the following program as conditions and events necessitate at the sole discretion of the Virginia AIM Program. Eligibility Each participant must be a member of the Amateur Trapshooting Association (ATA) and its youth program AIM. Forms will be available and you may join and participate the day of the tournament. There are no minimum target requirements.

4 Participation in a Virginia AIM State Tournament is a requirement for the AIM All Star Teams; to be named at the end of the 2015 target year. Age Classifications: Pre-Sub Jr. Ages 11 & Under Sub Jr. Ages Junior Ages Senior Ages The ATA 2014 Target year began September 1, The age of the athlete on that date will determine age Classification. An athlete may shoot up for team purposes, without changing his/her individual classification. The oldest team member determines team classification. Lunch is included with each shooter entry. Safety is an absolute necessity. Remember and emphasize the following basics: Golden Rule: Treat every Firearm as if it is loaded.

Thee special events will be held this year! 1. Shamrock Leather Shoot-off Following the completion of the 200 target event a number will be drawn at random.

8 Thee special events will be held this year! 1. Shamrock Leather Shoot-off Following the completion of the 200 target event a number will be drawn at random. All scores from the first 100 ending with the number drawn, and the two adjacent scores will be eligible to shoot for the leather bag. The Shamrock shoot-off will be held immediately following the completion of the 200 target event. Shoot-off format will be a full 25 16yd targets. Ties Participants will continue shooting full 25 target rounds until resolution. 2. VA AIM Shell Shoot-off Following the completion of the 200 target event a number will be drawn at random. All scores from the first 100 ending with the number drawn, and the two adjacent scores will be eligible to shoot for a flat of shells.

9 The VA AIM shell shoot-off will be held immediately following the completion of the 200 target event. Shoot-off format will be a full 25 16yd targets. Ties Participants will continue shooting full 25 target rounds until resolution. Note: (2) drawings -1 st for shamrock, scores eligible for Shamrock will be not be eligible for VA AIM shell shoot-off,2 nd drawing Example- scores 79,80,83,84, 90 (83) drawn Eligibility-all athletes with scores of 80,83,84 shoot-off 3. Annie Oakley Tournament - Time permitting $5.00 entry Shooters may buy back in 3 times at $1.00 ea. We will start at the 20 yard line 3 Contestants will start at posts 2, 3, and 4.
