DATE 29 th March to 4 th April VENUE FAFE is a city in the district of Braga in the North Region of Portugal called Minho and is sited about 70Km of Oporto and 380km from Lisbon. 2

The Organising Committee will provide transportation from and to the airport, as well during the Championship. 9. VISA REQUIREMENT Visa to come to Portugal might be required for some countries 10. LANGUAGE English is the official language of INAS event. All material and information will be available in English. The Organising Committee will try to provide a volunteer for translation per team. 11. INSURANCE The Organising Committee ensures satisfactory arrangements in respect of public liability and professional indemnity. Members of the participating teams are responsible for their own insurance requirement for travel, personal accident, liability and medical matters. 12. ACCOMODATION AND FOOD The Organising Committee provides full board logistic facilities which include accommodation and meals in a comfortable hotel with double and triple rooms in Fafe. 13. ELIGIBILITY / ACCREDITATION / MEDICAL PROVISION / DOPING Eligibility of athletes: all participants need to be registered according INAS process and must appear in INAS master list before the final entry. VERY IMPORTANT: It has now been confirmed that as Handball is a New Development Sport the players need only to be registered with INAS using the Provisional Registration procedures. Accreditation cards: will be issued to each player after he personally has proved his eligibility registration card and passport to an INAS official representative. Medical support: will be available at competition venues and accommodation. Doping Control: Doping Control will be ensured by the Portugal Doping Control Unit. 16. COMPETITION RULES The competition rules will be according to the IHF International Handball Federation. Adaptations: The ball size for this competition is the number II (two). There is no possible to use the handball wax (resin). 17. PARTICIPATION Each team may enter a maximum of 22 (twenty two) persons: 16 (sixteen) players plus 6 (six) officials. 18. INAS CAPITATION TAX The Entry Fee must include 25 for INAS EUROPE capitation tax per person for all member of the delegation (players, coach and staff) 4

ENTRY FEE - 75 per person/day, including accommodation, full board and local transports - 30% must be paid at same time of the 1 st Entry (by numbers), before 31 st December The remaining 70% must be paid with the Final Entry, before 28 th February 2015 Those requirements are essential to the nominal entries can be accepted. 20.
