1 Regulation for the 2018 Schoolboys/Schoolgirls European Championships in (HUN) 1. General Information The competition will be held on in, Hungary It will take place in Olimpiai Sportpark at Radnóti Miklós u. 37., Hungary The competition will be held according to the UWW rules. 2. PARTICIPATION Participation at the 2018 Schoolboys/Schoolgirls European Championships in Freestyle, Greco-Roman and Women Wrestling is open to all national wrestling federations affiliated with the UWW, provided that they have fulfilled their financial and information obligations towards the UWW according to the UWW Regulations and towards the Organising Committee as per these Regulations for the duration of the Championship Every competitor must be between 14 and 15 years old, 13 years old allowed with a medical and parental certificate and must conform to the requirements of the Wrestling Rules. Nationality will be checked with the passport at the weighin Entries by name must be sent to the Hungarian Wrestling Federation before the 15th of May Each country can enter maximum of 13 athlete per style. In each weight categories a country can enter a maximum of 2 athletes until they reached the maximum of 13 athletes.

TECHNICAL CONDITIONS The competition will be held according to the UWW Rules of Wrestling The competition will take place in the following weight categories: FS- 38, 41, 44, 48, 52, 57, 62, 68, 75, 85 kg GR- 38, 41, 44, 48, 52, 57, 62, 68, 75, 85 kg WW- 33, 36, 39, 42, 46, 50, 54, 58, 62, 66 kg Four (4) UWW-approved mats will be used for the competitions The organizing committee will bear the costs of first aid during the competition. If the insured party wants to have a medical examination or a treatment, which is not linked to the accident during the competition, the cost of this examination or treatment is to be borne by the person or his National Federation, Reimbursement of these costs cannot, in any circumstances, be undertaken by the insurance company. 4. REFEREES Category IS, I, II and III referee may officiate during the competition During the competition type 1 and type 2 referees course are going to be held. Referees who participates at the referees course should arrive 12 June OFFICIAL CEREMONIES Each participating team must present at the opening ceremony in accordance with the organizing committee's instructions. 6. FINANCIALCONDITIONS Accreditations location: Olimpiai Sportpark at Radnóti Miklós u. 37., Hungary The delegations leaders and individual attendees must pay their organisation fees to the Organising Committee at the latest on arrival. Team leaders must settle their team s participation fees in a single payment. The delivery of the accreditations will be made only after this payment. It is strongly recommended that accreditation fees are paid via online bank transfer to the organiser s bank account:

IBAN (USD): HU IBAN (CHF): HU IBAN (EUR): HU Account owner: Magyar Birkózó Szövetség H-1146 Budapest, Istvánmezei út All participants and accompanying persons are required to pay the Organising Committee the sum of CHF 100/day/person or EUR ( 90) or USD ($110) for accommodation, meals and local transportation The minimum length of accreditation is three (3) days per style Delegations arriving with more members than allowed (each nation can enter maximum 17 person per style) or staying longer than the authorised period must pay the sum of CHF 110 /day/person or EUR ( 100) or USD ($120) All delegations wishing to pay by bank transfer must, during accreditation, provide the Organising Committee with an official document from their bank confirming that the transfer has been executed or is in progress Any team which has been sent the final entry until 22 May 2018 for the Championship but which does not arrive or arrives with less wrestlers or accompanying persons than initially agreed will have to pay the Organising Committee the hotel costs for the number of people initially agreed. The requirement to pay this will be justified by presentation of paid bills Delegation leaders will be responsible for all damages caused by the members of their delegation during their stay Each team are required to pay EUR 100 deposit for the room keys at the accreditation upon arrival. The deposit will be payed back at the time of check-out in case there are no key missing.

4 7. ACCOMMODATION, FOOD AND TRANSPORT The Organizing Committee will provide transport for the teams from their arrival at the international airport to the event and from the local railway station. The nearest airport is Budapest and Vienna International Airport Accommodation for all delegations will be in double rooms with full sanitary facilities Meals will be served to accreditation holders in the hotels where they are accommodated. 8. JOURNALISTS-TELEVISION-VIDEO RECORDING- INTERNET Accreditation must be requested from the organising federation Journalists are responsible for their own accommodation and board. However, hotels can be arranged for them if they send the accreditation forms in time A press centre containing all the necessary equipment will be made available to journalists from the day before the Championship starts until the day after it finishes. 9. MISCELLANEOUS Countries which need visas for entry into Hungary must contact the Hungarian Embassy or Consulate in their country of residence or the closest Hungarian diplomatic mission designated by their country In the case where a visa is required, it is recommended that the application process is started early. 10.
