The sales man has been very knowledgeable & understood what I wanted. The one time they ran into a problem (not of their making) they did the repair & stuck with it until I was satisfied. They were able to match my other windows including the in glass grid work. The installation team came in set up, waited the delivery and never left til the window was done. I was shown how to operate the sliding tilt in windows, which are really nice. Painter runners... I really liked Gary. He was very professional. They also followed through when I had concerns or questions. They were there to help and answer my questions and concerns. Hey community,i *know* that this may sound prompted but it is genuine. Over a year ago, I asked Next Door and Windows to install my front door. I was so impressed with the professionalism, quality, and care that I had them return to install two windows. They communicated with me through the entire process and kept to schedule as stated at the time of signing. The crew was professional and answered any questions I had as well as going through the functioning of the windows once they were finished. The... The whole process order, waiting and installing our patio doors was very pleasant. Total professionalism. were very patient and helpful in suggesting the right door and color our home. The installation went very smooth and again they are extremely professional and I highly recommend them. If you need doors or windows, you can't do better than. The installers didn t show me how to let the windows out cleaning.also some gaps in the screens at the bottom. Comment from We are sorry this happened. They did a fantastic job and I am very satisfied! great installation crew, top quality product I would definitely use my next project. The doors and trim they installed look beautiful! The workmen were professional and did a great job. They have now installed all of our windows and 1/2 of our doors. We will call them to install our remaining doors when we are ready. They were very considerate of the installation schedule, holding off until later in the spring at our request. If something is not quite right, they get it corrected in a timely fashion.we were extremely impressed that the original installer made us aware... They are very responsive to customer service. My experience with Mark Polanski was TERRIBLE! Once Justin got involved everything was taken care of but I would NOT expect this to happen with as much money I was putting towards windows. Excellent company to do business with.from sales through installation everyone was great.would highly recommend to anyone looking windows or doors. Staff is professional. It was a quality install of a 8 foot patio door. The installation was completed in the time frame quoted. The carpenter cleaned up everything very well. They communicated well with me and kept me up to date on how things were going. They were here right when they said that they would be. The scheduling issue was not the company's fault. The manufacturer was delayed with fabricating the door, and the schedule delay wasn't bad, only a week. Everything was resolved and it wasn't bad. I was most satisfied with the installation person.
