International Horse Trials The Event has hosted one of the most acclaimed and well respected three-day events in the world since 1990.

The event is pivotal in the eventing calendar and for qualification to 4* level for the world s top event riders and their up and coming horses.

3 International Horse Trials The Site The event is staged each September in 2100 acres of parkland landscaped by Capability Brown. The parkland surrounds Blenheim Palace, home of the 12th Duke of Marlborough and birthplace of Sir Winston Churchill. The baroque Palace is a world heritage site and the largest Palace in the UK. The estate is a popular tourist destination attracting thousands of visitors annually. The southern façade of the Palace provides the back drop to the main Marlborough Arena where the Show Jumping and CCI3* Dressage takes place. VIP enclosures are also located here. is easily accessible from the major motorway network of M40/A34 and M4/A34. It is just ten miles from Oxford and forty minutes from London. Nearby Oxford has good railway and coach connections. Oxford Airport provides suitable landing facilities for airplanes and helicopters and is located only two miles from the event entrance. The CIC3* is aimed at specifically 8 and 9 year old horses (the cream of the crop of this age group). It is oversubscribed annually and boasts the very best of this age group. The Event Rider Masters (ERM) CIC3* is a newly launched competition. It will hold it s final at Blenheim in 2016 and will feature the world s top 40 event riders. All of these classes combine three phases, with the horse and rider combination needing to complete all three with minimal penalties to be in with a chance of winning. This phase is fast and bold, and involves 30 solid obstacles being jumped at 25 miles per hour! Saturday alone sees 25,000 spectators drawn to the thrills and spills! The main arena, site of the CCI3* and Event riders masters dressage and all show jumping phases is set against the backdrop of the southern aspect of!

Over the last ten years International Horse Trials has offered up and coming amateur riders the opportunity to compete alongside their heroes in the championship atmosphere of the international event. Over 1000 grassroots level riders join us at Blenheim over the four event days to compete in one of our Amateur Competitions The shopping village encompasses over 200 individual, unique and interesting stands with a plethora of products on offer. The popular and well established attractions arena provides a packed schedule of fun, informative and interesting displays and demonstrations. In 2015, 25 hours of entertainment was delivered across all four event days.

Within the partnership options, the scale of rights and benefits can be tailored to suit individual needs and objectives. The event organisers will work with each sponsor to create a customised solution and work on a partnership approach. There are a wide range of event assets and benefits available across all four days, including (but not limited to): Competitions and classes: The CCI3*, the 8&9 year old horse CIC3*, amateur eventer classes or fun ride.
