1 PROMOTION RULES Discovery DEFINITIONS 1.1 Discovery 2018 (hereafter referred to as the Promotion ): 1.2 SCQ: Promotion held per the Sales promotion games By-law (CQLR, c. S 13.1, r. 4). The Société des loteries du Québec on behalf of the Société des casinos du Québec inc., the organization responsible for the Promotion. 2. ELIGIBILITY Only persons who are eighteen (18) years of age or older may participate in the Discovery 2018 promotion (hereafter referred to as the Promotion ), provided they have an Espacejeux account on lotoquebec.com and validated their identity according to applicable terms, are residents of Québec and not registered in a Loto-Québec online gaming site, gaming hall or casino selfexclusion program. 3. DURATION OF THE PROMOTION The Promotion will be held from 3 a.m. on May 14, 2018, to 2:59:59 a.m. on June 25, HOW TO PARTICIPATE 4.1 To participate in the Promotion, eligible persons must first register by entering the weekly promo code 1 where indicated in their Espacejeux account. Codes are indicated in Appendix 1 of the rules herein and on the Promotion page at lotoquebec.com. Each eligible person may register only once (1) per Promotion week. 4.2 Once duly registered, persons eligible for the Promotion will automatically receive one (1) entry for the matching weekly draw, as indicated in Section 5 of the rules herein, provided they make a minimum one-dollar ($1) bet or rakeback playing games in the featured category during the promotion week indicated in Appendix 1 of the rules herein. 4.3 Bets are cumulative. Bets placed with free bets may not be included in the bet of one dollar ($1). 1 To enter the promo code, click on My Espacejeux, located in the upper right-hand corner of the screen, then on My Promotions.

2 PROMOTION RULES Each eligible person may receive only one (1) entry per day, or a maximum of seven (7) entries per eligible person per Promotion week 4.5 Promotion entries will only be valid for the week underway and will not be considered for subsequent weekly draws, if any. 5. DRAWS AND DESCRIPTION OF PRIZES 5.1 Weekly Promotion draws will be electronically conducted on the dates indicated in Appendix 1 of the rules herein among all entries duly registered according to eligibility periods. The draws will be made using Loto-Québec s computer system, at SCQ headquarters in Montréal, in order to determine one (1) weekly winner, for a total of six (6) winners during the entire Promotion period. 5.2 Each draw will be conducted and supervised by authorized SCQ representatives. IN THE EVENT THAT THE ENTRIES DRAWN ARE DEEMED VALID AND COMPLIANT: 5.3 In the event that the entries drawn are deemed valid and compliant with the rules herein, the six (6) Promotion winners will receive a prize worth one thousand dollars ($1,000). 2 IN THE EVENT THAT AN ENTRY DRAWN IS DEEMED INVALID OR NON-COMPLIANT: 5.4 Should the entry drawn be deemed invalid or non-compliant with the rules herein, another entry will be drawn at random. Such draws will be conducted until an entry is found to be valid and compliant, in which case the terms described in Section 5.3 IN THE EVENT THAT THE ENTRIES DRAWN ARE DEEMED VALID AND COMPLIANT above will apply. 6. PRIZE REMITTANCE An SCQ staff member will the winners designated in accordance with Section 5 herein to confirm the win and deposit of the prize in their Espacejeux account. The SCQ may require the winner to show a valid form of government-issued photo ID before remitting the prize. Once the winner s identity has been checked and confirmed and the person has complied with the rules herein, the prize described in Section 5 of the rules herein will be awarded according to the terms determined by the SCQ. 2 The prize amount will be deposited directly in the winner s Espacejeux account approximately seventy-two (72) hours after the weekly draw. The prize may be used to play any game on Loto-Québec s online gaming site and may be redeemed or withdrawn.

NAME, ADDRESS AND PHOTO The name, address, photograph and video of the winners, and any other information voluntarily provided, may be used by Loto-Québec and its subsidiaries not only for the draws described in the rules herein, but also for advertising purposes, particularly on the Internet, on the promotion page on lotoquebec.com (including in social media), via a special to Promotion participants and on the Winners page. The winners must waive all rights to compensation related to broadcasting, printed material and advertising. 8. OTHER RESTRICTIONS 8.1 Winners may receive more than one prize during the Promotion period. 8.2 The SCQ reserves the right to replace the prize with another of equal value. 8.3 The SCQ reserves the right to cancel or delay the Promotion, in whole or in part, for any reason whatsoever or due to an act of God or force majeure. 8.4 The SCQ declines all responsibility toward any person should the Promotion be delayed, cancelled or amended, or in the event of computer equipment breakdown or malfunction. 8.5 The SCQ may also amend the rules herein at any time, in which case revised rules will be made available to the public. 8.6 The SCQ declines all responsibility towards any person who may not have received one or more electronic entries or a chance to participate in the Promotion. 8.7 The SCQ declines all responsibility in the event of any situation, incident or other occurrence that may prevent a person from meeting participation deadlines. 8.8 In the event that a participant violates the rules herein, makes a false statement, attempts to cheat, commits fraud, acts in collusion or conspires with a third party, their participation will be automatically cancelled and they will be ineligible for any other event related to the Promotion. 8.9 A winner who is registered in a Loto-Québec online gaming site, gaming hall or casino self-exclusion program at the time a prize is claimed will not be entitled to receive said prize. 9. DISPUTES Eligible persons agree to comply with the rules described herein as well as all other applicable rules and conditions indicated on lotoquebec.com. Any dispute relating to this Promotion, whether regarding conduct and/or award of any prizes, will be settled according to the rules herein and the Sales promotion games By-law (CQLR, c. S 13.1, r. 4)
