4 Stadia and Venues. Wembley. The Nation s Stadium. As part of the Wembley team since 1999, we have delivered event day operation plans, provided strategic advice on the development of the stadium and deployed mobile phone tracking technology to study arrival and departure patterns. We continue to support Wembley with transport and crowd management schemes for some of the world s most talked about events. Our work with stadia and venues places the spectator at its core, developing crowd management, operations, and design solutions which enhance their experience of the event and protect their safety. Having delivered solutions for many of the world s most prestigious venues, our long term relationships with venue owners and operators enables us to develop and oversee tailored venue operations plans and provide analytics for spectator demands and travel patterns. Our team worked directly for FC Barcelona on developing the concept scheme, testing designs with dynamic crowd modelling and developing car parking and access strategies.

Home to one of the world s biggest football clubs, our services were commissioned to enhance both the safety and experience of the thousands of fans coming through the doors. Our team worked directly for FC Barcelona on developing the concept scheme, testing designs with dynamic crowd modelling and developing car parking and access strategies. Momentum have been working with the Golden State Warriors on the development of their new home; the Chase Arena in San Francisco. Our work has involved dynamic crowd models designed to assess the arena s internal layout and vehicle modelling to test the car parks and local highways. With a focus on seamless movement for both people and transport, our models helped identify potential entry queues for spectators and predicted vehicle movements within the car park.

Accommodating a 27,000 seat football stadium intertwined with a 12,000 seat ice hockey and basketball arena, our modelling was used to assess spectator movements during the various phases of a simultaneous event day, from ingress and egress, to an emergency evacuation. London Stadium. An Olympic Legacy. The centrepiece of the London 2012 Olympic Games, our team have been responsible for all crowd flow and transport aspects of the London Stadium for a host of different events, including Premier League Football, the Rugby World Cup and the 2017 World Athletic Championships. To this day, we continue to deliver transport operation and crowd flow strategies to ensure a seamless and safe experience for spectators at all events.
