The Championships Competition Drop Zone will be located on AVA flying centre airfield with LAT/LONG coordinates N E Elevation 188 m / 616 ft). 2. ORGANIZATION 49 th Bulgarian Open National Parachuting Championship and 5 th Open Championship of South-East Europe in Precision Landing are organized by National Aero Club of Bulgaria and Aero Club Montana, under the patronage of Mrs. PhD.Jordanka Blagoeva Honoured Master of Sports and Vice President of the Bulgarian Olympic Committee, and with the support of: - Montana District - Bulgarian National Aeroclub - Bulgarian National Parachuting Club - Aeroclub Montana - AVA Sky Ltd. GENERAL INFORMATION * Competition rules The Championship is a FAI Category 2 event. FAI Sporting Code and IPC Rules and Regulations apply. * Aircraft - Piper Antonov 2 * Accommodation Bungalow at AVA Flying Centre Hotel in city Montana bed & breakfast Tents at AVA Flying Centre * Drop Zone Facilities - Seminar room; - Briefing area; - Office centre; - Rigging service; - WiFi internet; - Packing area; - Big parking area; - Restaurant - Swimming pool Page 3 of 6

4 * Pre-Event Training Pre-Event Training days will be organized from to at the DZ. All facilities are on site. The Pre-Event Training days are to be booked in advance not later than at Pre Event Training jumps Accuracy 12.- Euro per jump * Training jumps Training Jumps will be organised on Wednesday July 30 th from 8:00 to 19:30 The jumps must be booked in advance at info@dropzone.bg * Judging equipment Weckbecker System for Accuracy Landing *Safety Conditions ADD is not mandatory but is recommended A protective helmet/bonnet must be worn * Public Address system A loudspeaker PA will be used trough out the Drop Zone. 4. REGISTRATION * Participation Each delegation may consist of: Head of Delegation Team Coach / Manager Team - mix (Team of 5) Individual competitors Accompanying persons (No limit) * Entry Forms The entry form should be received by the organizer not later than 20 th of July All registrations received after 20 th of July 2014 are subject to a late registration fee of EUR You can find the Entry Form at Please send it to the Organizer via fax or mail: Fax: info@dropzone.bg * Entry Fees The deadline for entry fees is 20 th of July Late entry fees are accepted after 20 th of July 2014 with a penalty of Euro per person. Delegations that didn t pay the entry fees in due time are not allowed to participate. No entry fee will be refunded to any competitor who withdraws from the competition. TRANSPORTATION Delegations are responsible for their transportation to Erden-Montana. The Organiser will organise transport from Sofia airport to Erden and from Erden to Sofia airport for 10,00 Euro per person.
