Is the LRCT Event listed in the venues hotels and city s lists of events, calendars of what is on in the week, month and year? Is there a demand for LRCT Event merchandise and will there be a unique design created and applied to event merchandise? How will the merchandise be launched, promoted and what are the plans to sell and distribute (online or shop) before, during and after the event? What are the current promotional activities used by the National Federation, local city, community and the venue, could their promotional activities be used to promote the LRCT Event? Will advertising of the LRCT Event be placed in the local and national magazines, newsletters and newspapers? Has a poster campaign been devised (timing of release and locations) to be placed in all public facilities such as community centers, libraries, the waiting rooms of dentists/ doctors, cafes and supermarkets and etc? Have local schools been involved or invited to attend the LRCT Event? Could a visit and presentation be arranged in advance with the schools prior to the event to Education lesson Have Modern Pentathlon clubs and clubs of other sports which might be interested participating in LRCT been involved or invited to attend the LRCT Event? Could tryouts be arranged in advance with clubs?
