5 English is the official language of INAS s events. Cameroon has two official languages, French and English. All material and information will be available in English. The organisers will provide to each team a volunteer for translation. 6. DATE 23 April to 1 May VENUE Paposy-Palais polyvalent des Sports de Yaoundé, Warda Yaoundé Cameroun Yaoundé is a city located in the central region of Cameroon; it s the Capital of this peaceful country, with about inhabitants. Here located the PAPOSY, the most important sport Hall in central Africa s countries (see pictures bellow) 8. AIRLINES AND TRANSPORT There are many Direct flights from several airports to the Yaoundé-Nsimalen airport in Cameroon or to the Douala international airport (258KM from Yaoundé.) The Organising Committee will provide transportation from and to the Yaoundé-Nsimalen airport, as well as during the Championship, we will not fetch those who come by Douala, they will pay extra Bus ticket.. 9. VISA REQUIREMENT Visa to come to Cameroon might be required for some countries. 10. FULL-BOARD The Organising Committee provides a full board logistic facility, which includes accommodation in a comfortable hotel with double and triple rooms in Yaoundé with breakfast, lunch and dinner. 11. INSURANCE The Organising Committee ensures satisfactory arrangements in respect of public liability and professional indemnity. 5

6 Participating member organisations are responsible for their own insurance requirement for travel, personal accident, liability and medical matters. 12. SOCIAL PROGRAMME Yaoundé sightseeing and Visits to the historical Cameroonian Monuments. 6

7 13. SPORTS RULES AND REGULATIONS FIFA Futsal Rules with INAS adapted regulations. 14. ELIGIBILITY / ACCREDITATION / MEDICAL PROVISION / DOPING - Eligibility of athletes: all participants must be registered with INAS using at least provisional eligibility and should appear on the INAS master list until 10 th April For information on provisional eligibility please visit the INAS website. - Accreditation cards: will be issued to each athlete after she/he personably has proved her/his eligibility registration card and passport to an INAS officer. - Medical support: will be available at competition venues and accommodation. 15. PARTICIPANTS All team must limit number of athletes participants per country as indicated in the FIFA Futsal rules. Ratio for Staff members: o 1 per each 2 athletes (e.g.: a delegation with 14 athletes = 7 staff members); o Exception: can be for delegations that are new members of INAS coming from Africa with just 8 players, can bring 3 staff members. 16. REGISTRATION FORMALITIES Intention of Participation - before 15 th august st entry form - before 15 th December nd Entry form (nominative) and Arrival form - before 15 th March 2016 Competition form - before 15 th March ENTRY FEE FOR THE EVENT PERIOD 420 EURO per person for all members of the delegation (athletes, coaches and other technical / medical members). Extra days / nights are not included in the entry fee. 30% must be paid at same time of the 1 st Entry, before 15 th December 2015 (not reimbursed). The remaining 70% must be paid with the Final Entry, before 15 th March The payment is essential in order that the entries can be accepted. Please note INAS are not charging capitation fees for this event. 7
