2 WTF G- 1 TOURNAMENT ENTRY FEE ENTRY FEE: 75 per competitor for every applied competitor Entry fee is payable only via bank account and payment must be done till 07 th of October If the athlete registered online ( does not take part in the competition for some reason, but he/she has not been removed from the list of participants before the deadline ( ), his/her team official must fully (100%) pay his/her entry fee for participation. Entry fee is not refundable at any time after the deadline!

4 WT G- 1 TOURNAMENT COMPETITION RULES ANDMETHOD: Daedo Protector and Scoring System (PSS) will be used for the Championships. ( The Organizing Committee will provide Protector and Scoring System (PSS) and the head protector to the participating contestants. Participating contestants are required to bring their own groin guards, mouthpieces, gloves, sensing socks and shin and forearm guards for their personal use. Before entering the field of play, all contestants will proceed to the inspection desk for inspection of their doboks and protective equipment. Any contestant who wears unofficial doboks or protective equipment will not be permitted to compete. Instant Video Replay (IVR) System will be used. COMPETITION MODE: K.O.SISTEM

5 WT G- 1 TOURNAMENT CONDITION OF PARTICIPATION: Participants must be member of a National Taekwondo Federation, affiliated to the W.T.F. This membership must be proved by the WTF license for all officials and competitors. - All Athletes and Officials must hold a valid 2018 WT Global Licence and WT Event Pass -It is NOT possible to register ON SITE for a WT License! - An Invalid or unknown WT License number will result in disqualification for the coach and/or competitor. -Entry fees are obligated at all times. - The WT license is the responsibility of all participants (competitors and officials) participating at the 17 th Galeb Belgrade Trophy Serbia Open 2018 and must be registered and approved through their respective WT Member National Association at least 2 months before the tournament it is required for. CATEGORIES: Cadets: born in 2004,2005,2006 Juniors: born in 2001,2002,2003 Seniors: born in 2001 and older Juniors born in 2001 compete as a junior or as a senior. WEIGHTING CLASSES: Cadets male: (-33,-37,-41,-45,-49,-53,-57,-61,-65,+65) Cadets female: (-29,-33,-37,-41,-44,-47,-51,-55,-59,+59) Juniors male: (-45,-48,-51,-55,-59,-63,-68,-73,-78,+78) Juniors female: (-42,-44,-46,-49,-52,-55,-59,-63,-68,+68) Senior male: (-54,-58,-63,-68,-74,-80,-87,+87) Senior female:(-46,-49,-53,-57,-62,-67,-73,+73) MINIMUM QUALIFICATION: All competitors must hold at least 2 nd Geup. Cadets and juniors can only compete in one age category. RANKING: 1 st place - 7 points 2 nd place - 3 points 3 rd place - 1 point Categories with only one competitor do not get points. There will be team rankings for each age category (cadets, juniors and seniors).

Because of the tremendous number of participants it is not possible for the Organizing Committee to provide transportation from the airport to the hotels and local transportation between the sport venue and the hotels. For referees and officials of the WT and ETU organizer will arrange transportation on schedule flight that we being delivered. COACHES: Coaches/Trainers can enter the competition area only with proper shoes and tracksuit. ETU license is obligatory for all Coaches/Trainers and it will be checked. Coaches/Trainers that do not have the license shall pay a EUR 200 penalty during the registration.

With the registration the participant/club acknowledges and accepts all the listed points. UNIFORM AND EQUIPMENT: We would like to remind you that use of WT-recognized (WT approved) uniform and equipment by the Organizing Committee as well as all participating athletes is a MUST in accordance with the following provision of the WT Competition Rules: Article 4. Contestant 4.2 Contestant uniform and competition equipment At the competitions enlisted in the WT Event Calendar, contestant uniform and all competition equipment but not limited to mats, PSS, IVR and protective equipment must be those ones approved by the WT.
