3 Tabletop Displays - $495 This conference is not a tradeshow, and networking time will be during breakfasts, both days, Monday after lunch, during Monday s reception, and during breaks. Tabletop displays will be available in the main hallway where the breakout sessions and food buffets are located thoughout both days, Sep. 24, 9 AM - 5:00 PM (setup from 8 AM - 10 AM) and Sep. 25, 9 AM - 12 PM. Below is a diagram of the layout. There are only 29 spots - available on a first-come, first-served basis. Just indicate on the registration form which location you would like to take, numbered The price of each is $495 and will accommodate a 6 wide table. If your booth is larger than that, then you should take two adjacent spots since management reserves the right to deny setup of anything that measures more than six linear feet. Access to electrical outlets is at an additional cost (electrical order form will be sent separately) Cost includes one [1] conference registration, while each additional person needs to register separately as an attendee. 4 VENUE MARRIOTT HOTEL NEWPORT, RHODE ISLAND Our event returns to Newport, Rhode Island but changes the venue to the Newport Marriott, where we held our event in 2015 and were all impressed by their $35 million renovation with a conference center that closely matches our needs. Famed as an historic seaport, Newport is even more famous as the playground of the rich and famous such as the Kennedys and their predecessors who built extravagent mansions in the town. Today Newport is a popular vacation destination, with great shopping, restaurants and night life.
