2 Join Us at the MSCA Conference November 4-6, 2018 The Missouri School Counselor Association invites you to join school counselors, college professors, graduate students, and counseling supervisors at the 2018 MSCA Fall Conference held at Tan-Tar-A Resort in Osage Beach, MO, on November 4-6, 2018 (exhibit hall open on November 4-5). Approximately 1,300 school counselors attend the MSCA Fall Conference and come ready to expand their knowledge, network with colleagues, and browse the Exhibit Hall. 3 Hospitality Room No direct fee with MSCA Advertise your organization to conference attendees by hosting a hospitality room. This is a good time to provide food and/or drinks while networking with attendees. MSCA provides the space at Tan-Tar-A and the sponsoring company provides all food and beverages. Exclusive exhibit time on Sunday from 1 to 2:00 p.m. and on Monday from 9:30 to 10 a.m. Location Tan-Tar-A Resort is the official conference hotel. Additionally, MSCA reserves the right to require individuals or organizations to remove materials form the MSCA Conference Venue. General Information Social events are held in the Exhibit Hall to enhance participation. Consider donating a prize for our drawings and have your name announced during exhibit hall hours. Exhibit Hall will be locked when not in use and a security guard will be on duty Sunday night. MSCA will not be responsible for loss due to fire, theft, or other causes. Tan-Tar-A will charge for electricity, extra tables, and internet hardware. Orders for these items will go directly through Tan-Tar-A. For these orders, as well as any other special needs (i.e. shipping, etc.), please contact the Convention Services Department at Entrance into the Exhibit Hall is only for adults who register for the conference or purchase tickets for certain events. Please make arrangements for any children you may bring with you to have a place to stay other than the exhibit hall.

Inform approximately 1,300 school counselors who attend our conference of your goods and/or services Please submit ads that are camera ready. Deadline for Program Booklet advertisements is August 31. Cancellation of advertising orders must be made in writing to MSCA before August 15. A $50 service fee will be charged for all cancellations. After August 15, all ads will be printed as ordered and will be subject to full payment. Ads must be submitted directly to jill@penman-winton.com prior to the August 31 deadline for submission.
