With this invitation is attached the 1 st. Entry Form. We state that with this Entry Form that the whole competition will be conducted under the IPC Shooting/ISSF Rules and Regulation, and you may refer to the Entry Form for dates, registration procedures, entry feee and any further details. The airport can be accessed along the A7 motorway and the N 332 dual carriageway, with the average journey time of around 15 minutes from Alicante city centre rising to 30 minutes during rush hour.. The average temperature in May in Alicante is located in max. 23º, min 13º. 4. Organisation and administration. Preliminary program. The Provisional timetable and events programme is attached to this information package. The programme will be finalized after the final entries revision. Finals will be conductedd in all events. 7. Competition Duration The competition duration is based on the minimum days of competition plus 2 additional days for International Classification and Equipment Control. 8. Maximum Number of Athlete Entries Per Event Per NPC The maximum of number of entries per event per NPC allowed at the World Cup is unlimited. However, in case of insufficient firing points this number may be restricted by IPC Shooting. 9. Viability of events The minimum number of entries per event by the final entries deadline is four (4). Otherwise the event is not considered viable and will be cancelled.

5 10. International classification International Classification will be conducted on 2 and 3 May. Detailed classification schedule will follow after the revision of the final entries by IPC Shooting. All athletes that will be classified must have arrived on time prior the classification process start and have with them the IPC Shooting Medical information form (available on the IPC Shooting website shooting.org on the downloads and forms section). 11. Entries and Registration Process. All entered athletes in theworld Cup Paralympic Qualifier must be licensed by IPC Shooting by the final entries deadlines. Athletes entries not meeting this criterion will be rejected by IPC Shooting. All athletes must be entered by their respective NPCs or authorised organizations by the NPC and accepted by IPC Shooting. All the registration process for the competition is as follows March 22 st : Deadline for the First Entry by name. March 28 th : Deadline For Final Entry by Name and provisions of details per persons and photographs for accreditation. Deadline to pay the full registration. Entry Fee. 800 per shooter, companions, technical staff. Rates per person and day, in twin room.

6 Single supplement 200 euros per person. Includes accommodation. Full board for the 8 days and 7 nights (Arrival may 2: lunch and dinner. Exit 9 may, breaksfast). Competitors who can not eat in the hotel due to the competition schedule at the hotel must apply 24 hours in advance that they serve a picnic. Closing Ceremony Dinner. One team per country is allowed in each event. To have teamcompetition in an event, at least four countries must be on the start list of that event otherwise the event will be cancelled. Team scores will be shot concurrently with the individual scores, i.e. no separate team matches will be shot Medals will be presented in team events as per regulations of I.S. S.F. and/or IPC Shooting (3 gold, 3 silver and 3 bronze medals).
