Note : This preliminary program could be changed slightly according to number of participants. All changes will be published and distributed to all participants in good time. 4. Round : Olympic round over 5 consecutive days. 5. Rules : World Archery outdoor target archery rules will apply. 6. Entry fees : Individual entry & team entry will be free of charge. 7. Transportation We will be glad to meet you at Suvarnabhumi Airport and provide transportation to hotel. ( Hotel Venue Hotel Airport ) 8. Accommodation Each association should arrive in Bangkok on March 19, 2017 the prepared facilities will be of Bangkok Inter Place Hotel, 118/92 Ramkhamhaeng Soi 24, Ramkhamhaeng Road, Huamark, Bangkapi, Bangkok (Official Hotel ) Accommodation located in town s center together with 3 meals a day, at cost US$ 100 per person/day. (Twin beds room), Single room rate is US$ 120 per person/day. All competitors are requested to stay in the official Hotel for our logistic purposes. 9. Payment Only in US Dollars. Please kindly note that no other foreign currency or no credit card and no travelling cheque will be accepted 10. 5 11. Preliminary & Final Registration with WAREOS No entry forms will be available for registering to this event. All registration process has to be done using the World Archery Online Registration System (WAREOS): Member Associations who are not convenient to register online please directly contact to LOC by or A maximum number of 4 athletes per country (host country included) are allowed to be registered into each category of the event. Preliminary entries have to be done using the WAREOS, V2. In order to use WAREOS, please login on with your Username and Password assigned by World Archery. After entering the WAREOS, please go to "Online Registration" and register your archers for this event. A "WAREOS User Manual" can be downloaded in PDF format (English) from the same website.
