7 2.0 LOADING THE PELLETS IN YOUR 100 ROUND BELT. We have provided a 2 piece pelle loader, which will allow you o quickly and easily load your 100 rd. pelle bel. Follow seps 1-3, below. Sep 1: Take your 100 piece assembled pelle bel and going from lef o righ place he firs 5 links ono he pins in he sloed secion of he pelle loader as shown in (Fig. 1.a) Sep 2: Place he pelles, cup side up, ino he pelle bel (Fig. 1.b) (Fig. 1.a) Sep 3: Afer you have carefully placed he pelles ino he bel, ake he non sloed secion of he pelle loader and firmly press he pelles ino he bel (Fig. 1.c) (Fig. 1.b) Repea seps 1-3 unil all 100 links of your bel are loaded wih pelles. 6. 8 2.1 USING THE SAFETY To lock he safey (pu ON SAFE ), press he safey buon in as shown in (Fig. 2.a) unil i engages and red marking is no visible. (Fig. 2.a) safe (Fig. 2.b) safe To release he safey, (pu OFF SAFE ), press he safey, shown in (Fig. 2.b) unil i clicks ou on he opposie side. (see Fig. 2.c). The red marking is now (Fig. 2.c) ready o fire, red marking should be showing visible and he air gun is ready o fire.! CAUTION: WHEN HANDLING ANY AIRGUN, MAKE SURE THAT THE SAFETY IS ENGAGED. ALWAYS POINT THE MUZZLE IN A SAFE DIRECTION.! CAUTION: MAKE IT A HABIT TO KEEP THE AIRGUN UNCOCKED AND ON SAFE UNTIL YOU INTEND TO SHOOT. 7.

10 2.3 LOADING THE 100 RD. DRUM! WARNING: DO NOT USE BBS OR OTHER UNSUITABLE PROJECTILES. Before loading your drum, you will wan o open your hinged drum as shown in (Fig. 4.a) Sep 1: Place your hinged 100 round drum ono a fla surface as shown in (Fig. 4.a) (Fig. 4.a) Sep 2: Place he assembled pelle bel, wih he pelles facing cup side up (Fig. 1.b pg. 6) ino your drum as shown in (Fig. 4.b) NOTE: MAKE SURE TO PLACE THE PELLETS IN UNIFORM ROWS WHEN LOADING THE DRUM. Sep 3: While keeping a couple of links exposed, close drum by flipping he hinged lid down, making sure ha is secure (Fig. 4.c) (Fig. 4.b) 9. (Fig. 4.c)

11 2.4 LOADING THE GUN Engage he safey (see Secion 2.1 pg. 7 USING THE SAFETY )! WARNING: DO NOT PULL THE TRIGGER WHILE THE AIR GUN IS BEING LOADED. KEEP YOUR FINGER OFF OF THE TRIGGER WHILE LOADING. NEVER PUT YOUR HAND OVER THE MUZZLE WHILE LOADING! MAKE SURE THE MUZ- ZLE IS ALWAYS POINTING IN A SAFE DIRECTION. NEVER POINT THE AIR GUN AT PEOPLE OR PETS. 17 2.6 UNLOADING YOUR GUN! WARNING: DO NOT PULL THE TRIGGER WHILE THE AIRGUN IS BEING UNLOADED. KEEP YOUR FINGER OFF OF THE TRIGGER. NEVER PUT YOUR HAND OVER THE MUZZLE! MAKE SURE THE MUZZLE IS ALWAYS POINTING IN A SAFE DIRECTION. NEVER POINT THE AIRGUN AT PEOPLE OR PETS. 18 2.7 ADJUSTING THE RATE OF FIRE CONTROLS This airgun is equipped wih an adjusable rigger sysem. The illusraions in (Fig. 7.a and Fig 7.b) explain how o adjus he rae of fire and une his sysem. (Fig. 7.a) To decrease rae of fire: Turn he flow conrol adjusor clockwise, using a small fla head screw driver (included wih gun), o slow he rae of fire. (Fig. 7.b) To increase rae of fire: Turn he flow conrol adjusor counerclockwise, using he small fla head screw driver (included wih gun), o increase / speed up he rae of fire. 17.

19 2.8 TROUBLE SHOOTING THE ADJUSTABLE RATE OF FIRE Tuning - Troubleshooing A: If uning he adjusable rigger produces lile or no response in he rae of fire, rese he flow conrol valve as follows: Sep 1: Wih he gun properly unloaded (see Secion 2.6), begin adjusing he rae of fire by urning flow conrol clockwise, compleely. Do no over ighen or damage will occur. In a safe direcion, fire 2 o 4 shos. Trigger should become very hard o pull or even unable o be pulled. If his occurs, he adjusable rigger sysem is funcioning properly. Go o sep 2. If his does no occur, go o Tuning - Troubleshooing B: (below) Sep 2: Now, while firing in a safe direcion wih he airgun sill unloaded, slowly urn he flow conrol adjuser counerclockwise unil desired rae of fire is achieved. Tuning - Troubleshooing B: If he rigger remains easy o pull afer adjusing he flow conrol as per sep 1 (above) here may be a leak in he sysem. If you have a leak in he sysem he airgun will need o be dissassembled for repair. Do no aemp o dissassemble on your own. Pleae call our service deparmen Toll Free

20 2.9 SAFE AIMING AND SHOOTING! WARNING: NEVER USE A SHARP METAL OBJECT TO REMOVE PELLETS FROM THE DRUM OR GUN. DAMAGE TO GUN OR DRUM CAN CAUSE MALFUNCTIONS.! CAUTION: THIS IS A HIGH-POWERED AIR GUN, WHICH MEANS YOU MUST BE ESPECIALLY CAREFUL WHEN SELECTING A TARGET. CHOOSE ONLY TARGETS THAT CANNOT BE PENETRATED AND WHOSE HARD SURFACES WILL NOT CAUSE PELLETS TO RICOCHET. Make sure ha he safey is ON SAFE (see Secion 2.1 USING THE SAFETY ). Inser he air source and load he air gun as described. As an experienced and safey-conscious marksman make cerain you have correcly adjused your sigh. Afer loading he airgun as described in (secion 2.4), make sure ha he arge, backsop and surroundings are safe. Pu he safey on fire OFF SAFE (Fig. 2.b & 2.c ready o fire). The air gun is now ready o shoo. Squeeze he rigger genly bu seadily unil a sho is released. The airgun will coninue o fire as long as he rigger is held or unil you are ou of pelles. NOTE: If he air pressure is oo low, he bel will no advance, prevening furher shooing. 19.

21 2.10 FEED JAMS WHENEVER THERE IS A JAM, ENGAGE THE SAFETY! MAKE SURE THAT THE MUZZLE IS POINTING IN A SAFE DIRECTION.! WARNING: FEED JAMS ARE DANGEROUS!! WARNING: IF THE AIR GUN DOES NOT FIRE, DO NOT ASSUME THE GUN OR DRUM IS EMPTY. 1. A pelle is lodged in he barrel. Engage he safey (sec. 2.1) and remove air source by backing he ank off slowly unil you hear he air release by he ank. Remove he bel (sec. 2.6) and push a he cleaning rod (no included) all he way hrough he barrel unil he obsrucion is pushed ou of he barrel hrough he bel guide opening (see Fig. 8.a & 8.b). 22 2.10 FEED JAMS Coninued 2. A pelle is lodged beween he bel and he barrel. Engage he safey (sec.2.1). Sep 1: Saring a he cener of he bel, pry he bel upward unil i becomes free from he gun. Sep 2: Once he bel has been removed, examine he links o deermine if he bel has any bad links. If you deermine he bel o have a bad link, remove he link. 3. Your gun has a damaged feed cylinder: Sep 1: Remove he linkage arm. Refer o sec. 2.5 Sep 2: Spin he feed cylinder wihou he linkage arm. Refer o sec Now, he feed clinder should spin freely. 23 2.11 SPECIAL FACTORS RELATED TO CO2, Nirogen or HPA! CAUTION: SHOOTING WITH INSUFFICIENT PRESSURE CAN CAUSE A PELLET TO LODGE IN THE BARREL. SEE THE INSTRUCTIONS ON FEED JAMS (SECTION 2.10). Someimes he performance of an air powered gun is adversely affeced by special facors. An example is when he air gun is used, kep or sored a emperaures well above or below he normal oudoor emperaures (50-85 O F / O C). High emperaures can creae a pressure in your Co2 Tank, Nirogen Tank or HPA Tank, and he air gun iself which considerably exceeds he normal operaing pressure. Such overpressure can preven he release of a sho and cause permanen damage. This air gun should no be sored or used a emperaures above (50-85 O F / O C)/. INSUFFICIENT AIR PRESSURE Signs of insufficien air pressure in a cylinder include he following: A) The gun does no recock (spuers). B) The sho is no as loud as wih a full cylinder. C) The pelles hi he arge lower han hey do when he cylinder is full (i.e., hey have a lower velociy). 22.

24 2.12 ADJUSTING THE SIGHT Aim a a safe arge. Hold he gun in such a way ha he rear sigh and he fron sigh can be seen a he same ime. The fron sigh mus be righ in he middle of he hole in he rear sigh. Now poin he air gun so ha he lower edge of he bull s eye ress on he fron sigh. The cener of he rear sigh, he op of he fron sigh and he lower edge of he bull s eye mus be in a line (Fig. 9.c) Adjusmen of he impac poin is described below. 25 2.13 STORAGE Always sore your air gun unloaded and wih he safey engaged ON SAFE. Make sure ha he drum and/or bel is empy. Keep he air gun ou of reach of children and persons who are no familiar wih i. Sore pelles and Co2, nirogen, or compressed air cylinders in a separae locaion! CAUTION: NEVER LEAVE AN AIR GUN UNATTEND- ED IF IT IS LOADED AND/OR HAS AN AIR SUPPLY ATTACHED. 3.1 CARE! WARNING: DO NOT PERFORM ANY CARE, CLEANING, OR MAINTENANCE TO YOUR AIR GUN UNTIL YOU HAVE PUT ON THE SAFETY, DE-COCKED THE AIR GUN AND HAVE REMOVED THE AIR SOURCE. REMOVE THE AMMO DRUM AND MAKE SURE THE AIR GUN IS UNLOADED. If you ake good care of your air gun and handle i properly, i will give you years of pleasure. A 1000 sho inervals clean barrel wih fel cleaning pelles. Push cleaning rod hrough barrel from muzzle end. Repea process unil fel pelles appear clean. A 1000 sho inervals clean he air gun bore wih bore cleaner and degreaser. Apply his soluion o a clean pach and pass hrough barrel from he muzzle end. Then, use a bore brush wih nylon brisles o furher loosen up remaining deposis of lead and debris. Afer his process, once again uilize he bore cleanser soluion on clean paches unil hey appear clean upon exiing barrel. 24.

27 5.1 SAFE HANDLING OF GUNS Learn how o handle your air gun in a safe and proper manner. Your new air gun shoos pelles a a very high velociy, meaning ha you mus exercise special care. Remember ha according o he basic rules of safey, ouching any gun is he same hing as handling i. Pu he safey on fire (OFF SAFE ) only when you inend o shoo, and re-engage he safey (pu ON SAFE ) as soon as you are finished. Always handle any gun as if i were loaded. Before loading, always engage he safey o preven inadveren firing. Keep your finger ou of he rigger guard and pu i on he rigger only when you are ready o shoo. Use only ammuniion ha has been approved for his air gun. Always poin he muzzle in a safe direcion. Never ranspor a loaded gun. Load a gun only when you inend o fire i. Never poin a gun a people or pes. Avoid ricocheing by shooing a safe penerable arges. Before shooing, make sure ha he arge and surroundings are safe. When you ranspor a gun or accep one from anoher person, always make sure ha he safey is on and ha i is unloaded. Make sure you can conrol he direcion of he muzzle if you sumble or fall. 26.

28 5.1 SAFE HANDLING OF GUNS Wear approved safey glasses when shooing. Always sore your gun unloaded, wih he safey engaged. Keep i ou of reach of unauhorized persons (unrained persons, children, persons under 18). Sore Co2, Nirogen, or HPA cylinders and ammuniion separaely. Give his gun only o persons over 18 who are horoughly familiar wih is use, and include he insrucion manual. Modificaions or repairs should be made only by auhorized companies or gunsmihs. Never leave a loaded gun unaended. Unload your gun before giving i o someone else. 27.
