3 Download or Print Instructions Contact: Page 3 Step 6: Pull the trigger and release the hammer. Step 7: Position hinge pin over hole in block, take the ⅛ punch and tap out hinge pin with hammer. Set pin aside. SLowly remove the punch. Step 9: Remove Trigger Return Spring. Set it aside. Step 8: Pull up and out on the trigger and set the trigger assembly to the side.

4 Download or Print Instructions Contact: Page 4 Step 10: Grab block of wood and 1/16 Punch and push down on the bushing till it comes out. Set bushing aside. *Keep pressure on the sear, so it does not go flying* Step 11: Disassemble Sear, Trigger and Sear Springs.

Step 13: Take trigger bushing and set onto wood block. Drop the trigger and sear over top of bushing so the holes line up. Press down onto the bushing. Step 14: Place Trigger Return Spring on trigger. Get each loop on both sides of the trigger.

Start in front and then push right down and line up the holes. Step 17: Using the ⅛ Punch push into the lined up holes, until it goes all the way through. Put the little legs of the Trigger Return Spring to rest on the Trigger Assembly.
