2 DESTINATION PHILIPPINES 2012 International IPSC Action Air Challenge Match Rules and Guidelines: 1. CPRA Range is a COLD RANGE. Definition: Participants Firearms / Action Air Guns must remain unloaded at all times except under the direction of a Match Official. Please ensure all Guns to be used are unloaded prior to entering the Firing Range. (Your Vehicle is not a safety area) All Handguns must be cased or remain in holster with magazines removed. Only to be handled in designated Safety Areas, or under the direction of the Range Officer on a Stage. (No Ammo or Gas to be handled in Safety Area). Designated Fumble areas will be available. 2. CPRA has provided a Courtesy Booth for all participants to leave Personal belongings. CPRA or the Organizers will not be held liable for the loss of Personal belongings not entrusted at our Courtesy Booth. 3. Shooters are reminded to verify their scores 1 hour upon posting of the initial result after which it is the shooters responsibility to verify corrections and changes. Any changes after the prescribed time will not be entertained. Individual scores will be posted, not overall results during the Match. 4. Shooters are reminded that the IPSC Action Air Rule Book Jan 2012 Edition will be strictly implemented HOUSE RULES exceptions apply: Categories: Senior, 45 years old and above on 1 st day of Match, Junior, 16 years old and below on 1 st day of Match, Kid, 12 years and below on 1st day of Match. (Must show valid ID)

3 5a. Only BLACK BBs will be allowed. This is PPSA recommendation so shooters do not follow shots, but call shots. (ICS Competition Grade.25g Black BBs will be available for sale at the Range, but you are free to bring your own Brand). Any Shooter not complying will be issued a warning on 1 st Offence; next will be given 1 procedural per shot fired on subsequent stages. 5b. Shooters are reminded of the new 2012 IPSC Action Air Rules for max. BBs allowed in respective Divisions Shooters are reminded that CPRA is an outdoor Range, the bays are grassy and may become slippery when wet, please be prepared with appropriate footwear. 7. For International Shooters bringing their Action Air Guns to the Philippines, please secure all necessary Legal Permits in your own country and send a.s.a.p. with your Registration complete for Philippines National Police and Customs clearance here. (Permits etc. MUST BE IN ENGLISH) Port of ENTRY is Mactan-Cebu International Airport. If you have a flight connection from Manila or Clark Airports, you MUST be in transit and your Guns and luggage MUST be booked through to directly to Mactan-Cebu International Airport. 7a. For International and Local Shooters wishing to rent a Gun and Magazines for the event, please be advised that ONLY Brand New Tokyo Marui 5.1HC and Tokyo Marui Glock17 will be available. Please fill in the respective form to reserve your Gun. 8. The Action Air Match is 18 IPSC COF/Stages and will follow the new IPSC Guidelines for Level 3 Matches of a ratio of 9 Short, 6 Medium and 3 Long Courses. The Stages will open Saturday 8am- 5.30pm and 8am-2pm on the Sunday. (Friday is the RO Match only)

4 9. For Shooters wanting to participate in the Extra Live Fun Shoot please fill in the Application and Registration Form. You MUST have this signed by your Team/Group Leader before sending. On Match day, once the Match Director counter-signs then you MUST pay the CPRA Range fee directly at the Registration Booth. This Fun Shoot will start at 2.00pm Sunday with briefing, so please make sure you have finished your Action Air Match beforehand. 10. AWARDING: Due to the number of Local and International Shooters expected IPSC and Non IPSC. Trophies will be awarded using the IPSC Classification Percentages. Meaning everybody starts at 0.00% and depending on your performance over the two days, you will be awarded on your overall Division percentage score. This is in the Spirit of the Sport and fair play giving everybody a change to show off their skills and be awarded accordingly. This is one Match, there are no International or Local separate awards. EVERYBODY Shoots together. 11. The will be trophies for Best Group/Team and Country. Each Team/Group before the start of the Match must give 5 Shooters names to Registration. The best four scores will count towards Group/ Team and Country Trophies. The score will be taken from Overall Match results. One Shooter must be from Production Division. (Subject to change) 12. Awarding Ceremony and Dinner will be at the Bella Vista Hotel Ballroom or the Goldberry Suites and Hotel Function 7pm Sunday 8 th July. Participants must bring their shooter ID's as Proof of Participation, and present this at the Registration Counter at the awarding venue. Non- Participants will be charged PhP for their meal.
