2 Information Package Nerf Birthday Parties School Break & PD Day Camps We here at The Foundry Athletic Training Center are proud to offer the kids coolest Birthday Party they have ever had...nerf Wars And in the summer half day camps, school break and PD day camps. Nerf Wars are a great safe way to have war games for the younger kids. We can promise a fun one of the best parties they will ever have. Our facility is perfect for great epic indoor battles. We have a battlefield and separate area for cakes, gift opening and snacks. I am a retired Miliary Police and Combat Engineer, ex Tactical Paramedic. I stumbled upon Nerf Parties and camps by accident. Holding a birthday party for my 7yr old nephew we had no idea it would be such a great hit with the kids.

5 NERF Waiver NERF WARS WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY Please Read Carefully (Players 18 Years and younger must have parent or guardian sign the waiver) In consideration of The Foundry Athletic Training Center, Ironwill Training, Brazil 021 Edmonton, Misty Shearer and his associates furnishing services and/or equipment to enable me to participate in NERF WARS games, I agree to the following: I fully understand and acknowledge that: (a) risks and dangers exist in my use of NERF equipment and my participation in NERF activities: (b) my participation in such activities and/or use of such equipment may result in my injury or illness including but not limited to bodily injury, disease, strains, fractures, partial and/or total paralysis, eye injury, blindness, heat stroke, heart attack, or other ailments that could cause serious disability or death: (c) these risks and dangers may be caused by the negligence of others, accidents, breaches of contract, the forces of nature or other causes. These risks and dangers may arise from foreseeable or unforeseeable causes; and (d) by my participation in these activities and/or use of equipment and facilities, I hereby assume all risks and dangers and all responsibility for any owners, agents, officers, employees of The Foundry Athletic Training Center, Ironwill Training, Brazil 021 Edmonton, Misty Shearer, Nerf Wars, or by any other person. I, on behalf of myself, my personal representatives and my heirs, hereby agree to release, waive, discharge, hold harmless The Foundry Athletic Training Center, Ironwill Training, Brazil 021 Edmonton, Misty Shearer and his associates, owners, agents, officers, and employees from any and all claims, actions, or losses for any bodily injury, property damage, wrongful death, loss of services or other circumstances which may arise out of my use of NERF equipment or my participation in NERF activities. Eye protection must be worn at all times as specified by The Foundry Athletic Training Center, Ironwill Training, Brazil 021 Edmonton, Misty Shearer. I specifically understand that I am releasing, discharging, and waiving any claims or actions that I may have presently or in the future for the negligent acts or other conduct by the owners, customers, agents, officers, or employees of The Foundry Athletic Training Center, Ironwill Training, Brazil 021 Edmonton, Misty Shearer.
